【Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation】
Regarding stairs from parking to property access: Access to our property from the parking lot is via stairs (approx. 80 steps). Please enjoy a moment away from daily life in Hayama at our property with its open views.
This accommodation is a renovated 30-year-old house, and there may be some scratches and dirt due to age. Please refrain from using if you are overly sensitive. Rest assured, we pay close attention to cleanliness.
【Things We Need You to Reply To/Take Action On】
Regarding your purpose of use: What kind of group will you be (e.g., couple, family, friends, colleagues / male-to-female ratio, age group, children's ages / travel, international travel, workation, work, celebration)?
Request for pre-check-in: Please complete the guest form and pre-check-in by the day before your check-in date. We will send entry information the day before only to those who have completed pre-check-in. *Guests who are minors only cannot stay. A consent form from a guardian is required.

Please confirm in advance. It contains prohibited actions and important notes, so please share it with everyone who will be using the property.
Regarding noise to neighbors: As the property is located in a quiet residential area, please be considerate of the surrounding environment. Use for party purposes is prohibited. ★Please refrain from outdoor dining and loud conversations between 8 PM and 7 AM, and loud music/voices indoors. If a report is made by a neighbor, an additional 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee.
Regarding the number of guests: Entry by anyone other than registered guests is prohibited. If a violation of the guest count is confirmed, immediate eviction will occur, no refund of accommodation fees will be given, and a penalty of 30,000 yen will be charged.
Regarding linens and amenities for consecutive nights: There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive nights. A vacuum cleaner is provided. If additional items are needed, please contact us in advance.
Regarding parking: One parking space is available. Please use nearby parking lots for additional vehicles.

*Cleaning staff will enter at 10:00 AM, so please vacate by 10:00 AM.
