【Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation】
Regarding stairs from parking to property access: Access from the parking lot to our facility is via stairs (approx. 80 steps). Please enjoy a moment away from daily life in Hayama at our open-feeling facility.
This accommodation is a 30-year-old renovated house, and there may be some scratches and dirt due to aging. We ask that those who are overly sensitive refrain from using it. Please be assured that we pay close attention to cleanliness.
【Things We Ask You to Reply To / Take Action On】
Regarding your purpose of use: What kind of group will you be this time (couples, families, friends, colleagues / gender ratio, age group, children's ages, etc. / travel, international travel, workation, business, celebration)?
Request for pre-check-in: Please be sure to fill out the guest form and complete pre-check-in by the day before your check-in date. Entry information will only be sent the day before to those who have completed pre-check-in. *Guests who are minors only cannot stay. A consent form from a guardian is required.

Please confirm it in advance. It contains prohibited actions and important notes, so please share it with everyone using the facility.
Regarding noise to neighbors: As the property is located in a quiet residential area, please be considerate of the surrounding environment. Use for party purposes is prohibited. ★Please refrain from outdoor eating and loud conversations between 8 PM and 7 AM, and loud music or shouting indoors. If a report is made by a neighbor, an additional 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee.
Regarding the number of guests: Entry by anyone other than registered guests is prohibited. If a violation of the number of guests is confirmed, you will be asked to vacate immediately, no refund of accommodation fees will be given, and a penalty of 30,000 yen will be charged.
Regarding linen and amenities for consecutive nights: There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive stays. A vacuum cleaner is provided. If additional items are needed, please contact us in advance.
Regarding parking: One parking space is available. Please use nearby parking lots for additional vehicles.

*Cleaning staff will enter at 10:00 AM, so please vacate by 10:00 AM.
