Catering

This is a catering service provided by "GOOD STOCK," a deli & restaurant located in Hayama Isshiki. Chef Eiju Murakami, who served as head chef at DEAN & DELUCA for 18 years before going independent, delivers colorful deli plates, generously using seasonal Shonan vegetables, directly to your property.

Since dishes are delivered with tableware and already plated, you can enjoy them immediately upon arrival. For more details, please see Instagram @good_stock_599.

How to Book

Please contact Roopt 3 days prior to your check-in date. Please inform us of the number of people and your desired date and time.

Tent Sauna

You can rent a complete set of Finnish tent sauna equipment at Hayama Isshiki Beach (in front of Isshiki BOAT). Our staff will assist with setup and dismantling, so you can use it immediately upon arrival. Enjoy a relaxing sauna experience at your own pace, right by the sea. Since it's a private group rental, you can spend your time without worrying about others.

Reservations should be made separately from accommodation, via aini (helloaini.com).

Group Private Rental Plan

Regular ¥18,000 (tax included) / group (max 4 people, 90 minutes)

Roopt Guest Exclusive ¥16,200 (tax included) (10% discount)

Extension is ¥3,000 / 30 minutes. Business hours: 10:00-17:00.

Meeting Point/Access

Meeting Point: In front of Isshiki BOAT (2038 Shimoyamaguchi, Hayama-machi)This is in front of the Imperial Villa on Isshiki Beach. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time, already changed.

Changing rooms are available in the simple space at Isshiki BOAT. Showers after the sauna are available at Isshiki BASE (5-minute walk) for ¥500 / person. The nearest parking lot is Mitsui's Re-Park next to Hayama Police Station.

Notes/Cancellation Policy

In case of strong winds (5m/s or more) or heavy rain, we will notify you of the event's feasibility by 5 PM the day before.
Those who are not feeling well, are pregnant, or have consumed alcohol are not permitted to use the service.
The sauna stove becomes very hot, so please be careful of burns. Injuries during use are at your own risk.
Please manage your personal belongings. We cannot compensate for theft, loss, or damage.
For same-day cancellations, 100% of the fee will be charged.
