Kitchen

• Always turn on the ventilation fan when cooking.
• You can use the refrigerator (with freezer).

Please separate and dispose of trash in the 1F living room.

Please dispose of food waste under the sink.

Washing Machine

Located next to the 1F bathroom. A dryer is also available.

Please refrain from putting sandy items into the washing machine.

Basic Rules

• Please be quiet after 8 PM.(Please be considerate of neighbors.)
• No smoking throughout the entire building
• No pets allowed
• Not available for use by high school students or younger unaccompanied.
• Fireworks and BBQs are prohibited.
• No entry to the loft.
• Do not use casters on suitcases (to avoid damaging floors and stairs).
• Commercial activities (such as filming or streaming for profit) are prohibited.
