About Our Business

There are many vacant houses in regional cities across Japan that are generally considered to have "asset value close to zero" due to their age or poor location. We acquire such properties, renovate them into comfortable spaces using our unique methods, and offer them as housing options to people who pursue their own lifestyles without being bound by conventional values.

Among these, we have developed share house-type rental properties where multiple residents live together as the Roopt series. We also have extensive experience in managing and operating general rentals and guesthouses other than share houses, as well as building design and construction (renovation coordination). Furthermore, we are involved in supporting and nurturing creative talent and managing communities (Creative Hub, Third Self) to create a related population.

We aim to be a presence that challenges the status quo of the Japanese housing market, which has remained unchanged since the high-growth period of tearing down and rebuilding, by making an impact from a regional area.

KYOKO WATANABE

Discarded materials, old Japanese chests of drawers, stacked firewood—nothing is "unusable." For 10 years, we have opened up vacant houses with this mindset.

Our job is to create places in Ishinomaki, Shiogama, and Hayama, and throughout Japan, where people can feel, "It's good to be here."
