【Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation】
Children's Use / Stairs: Due to stairs with wide gaps in the handrails and open spaces, which pose a safety risk, this villa is available for use by elementary school-aged children and older. Please also note that this building may be inconvenient for the elderly or those with physical disabilities.
Air Conditioning: There is one air conditioner in the 2F open-ceiling area. Each private room on the 2F has an exhaust fan above the door, but if the air conditioning is insufficient, you will need to sleep with the door open.

Please review the house manual in advance. It contains prohibited actions and important notes, so please be sure to share it with everyone in your group.
Noise to Neighbors: As the property is located in a quiet residential area, please be considerate of the surrounding environment. Use for party purposes is prohibited.
★Specifically, please refrain from eating outdoors or on the terrace and having loud conversations between 10 PM and 7 AM, and also from playing loud music or having loud conversations indoors. If a report is made by a neighbor, an additional 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee.
Number of Guests: Entry by individuals other than registered guests is not permitted. If a violation of the guest limit is confirmed, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund of accommodation fees will be provided. Additionally, an extra 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee and penalty.
Linen and Amenities for Consecutive Stays: There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive stays. A vacuum cleaner is provided for your use. If additional items are needed, please contact us in advance.
Parking Availability and Number of Spaces: There are two parking spaces available. For additional vehicles, please use nearby parking lots.
【Option Information】
GOOD STOCK (Store Pickup) "GOOD STOCK" is a deli & restaurant by the former head chef of DEAN & DELUCA. You can pick up large-plate menus (reservations required by the day before) or bento boxes and individual items (available for same-day pickup) at the store.
