【Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation】
Children's Use Prohibited / Stairs: Due to stairs with wide gaps in the handrails and open-plan areas, which pose a danger, this villa is available for use by elementary school-aged children and older. Please also note that the building may be inconvenient for the elderly or those with physical disabilities.
Air Conditioning: There is one air conditioner in the 2F open-plan area. Each private room on the 2F has a ventilation fan above the door, but if the air conditioning is insufficient, please sleep with the doors open.

Noise to Neighbors: As the property is located in a quiet residential area, please be considerate of the surrounding environment. Use for party purposes is prohibited.
★Specifically, please refrain from eating and loud conversations outdoors or on the terrace between 10 PM and 7 AM, and also from loud music or loud conversations indoors. If a report is made by a neighbor, an additional 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee.
Number of Guests: Entry by individuals other than registered guests is prohibited. If a violation of the guest limit is confirmed, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund of accommodation fees will be provided. Additionally, an extra 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee/penalty.
Linen and Amenities for Consecutive Stays: There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive stays. A vacuum cleaner is provided for your use. If you require additional items, please contact us in advance.
Parking Availability and Number of Spaces: There are two parking spaces available. For additional vehicles, please use nearby parking lots.
