[Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation]
Restrictions on Children and Stairs: Due to the wide spacing of the handrails on some staircases and the presence of open spaces, this villa is only available to children of elementary school age and older. Please also note that the building may be inconvenient for elderly guests and those with disabilities.
Regarding air conditioning: There is one air conditioner in the 2nd-floor atrium. Each private room on the 2nd floor has a ventilation fan above the door, but if the air conditioning is insufficient, please leave the door open while you sleep.

Regarding the purpose of use: What kind of group will this be (couples, spouses, families, friends, colleagues / gender ratio, age group, children's ages, etc. / travel, international travel, workation, work, celebration)?
Request for advance check-in: Please complete the guest form via the link below by the day before your scheduled check-in date to complete the advance check-in process. Once you have completed the advance check-in, you will be able to view your room information.
*Minors cannot stay with an adult. Parental consent is required.

Please review the house manual beforehand. It contains prohibited items and important notices, so please be sure to share it with everyone using the facilities.
Regarding noise for neighbors: As the venue is located in a quiet residential area, we ask for your consideration of the surrounding environment. Use for parties is prohibited.
★In particular, please refrain from eating outdoors or on the terrace and having loud conversations between 10 PM and 7 AM, as well as playing loud music or having loud conversations indoors. If a neighbor reports this, you will be charged an additional 30,000 yen as a response fee.
Regarding the number of guests: Entry is restricted to those who are not registered guests. If a violation of the guest count is confirmed, you will be asked to leave immediately, and your accommodation fee will not be refunded. Furthermore, you will be required to pay a separate penalty fee of 30,000 yen.
Regarding linen and amenities for consecutive stays: Linen changes and cleaning are not provided during consecutive stays. A vacuum cleaner is available for your use. Please contact us in advance if you require additional items.
Regarding parking availability and number of spaces: We have two parking spaces available. For more than two vehicles, please use nearby parking facilities.
