• If you have 3 or more cars, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
• Please do not park to the right of the red line in the photo, in front of the neighboring house, even for temporary stops. (This will block the neighbor's car from entering and exiting.)

Basic Information

Request for Consideration When Using the House

The owner is on an overseas assignment, and the house will be used as a private residence even after their return. Therefore, we kindly ask that you use it with care.

How to Use the House

• Water marks can easily form on the floor, so please do not place wet items directly on the floor. Instead, put them in the basket at the entrance. If something gets wet, please wipe it up immediately.

• When returning from the beach, please do not enter the house with sand on you. Always rinse off with the outdoor shower (hot water).
• Please do not enter the passageway to the left of the entrance marked with a "No Entry" sign. (Please also refrain from entering by going around from the garden.)
• Please do not touch the right half of the following buttons at the entrance. (Entrance, small light bulb, and toilet front buttons)

• The air conditioning is a whole-house system, so please refrain from touching the "Do Not Use" air conditioning button in the living room as much as possible. If you feel hot or cold, you can make your stay more comfortable by following the instructions below.
• 《Summer》Lower the curtains / Turn on the ceiling fan / Open the doors of each room
• 《Winter》Turn on the loft air conditioner from the wall air conditioning button and turn on the ceiling fan / Open the doors of each room
• The stairs are open-tread, so children under elementary school age are not permitted to use them (excluding infants who cannot walk).

Regarding the Use of the Washer-Dryer (Kanta-kun)

During your stay, you may frequently use the clothes dryer (Kanta-kun). If lint accumulates in the filter, drying time may increase, or drying performance may decrease. Therefore, please be sure to check and follow the precautions and maintenance instructions below.

• Washing and drying clothes with sand on them can cause malfunctions. Always rinse off with the outdoor hot water shower when returning from the beach.
• Please clean the lint filter after each use.

About the Garden

The garden is available for use, but please refrain from BBQ, pitching tents (driving in pegs or other equipment), and using tarps.

About Sleeping Arrangements

• Bedrooms are provided on the 2nd floor. (2 single beds, 1 double bed, 3 sets of Japanese futons)
• You can also sleep on the raised tatami area on the 1st floor. Please feel free to move futons or other bedding.

Notes

Request for Consideration of the Surrounding Environment

• Although this is a whole-house rental villa, it is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask for your consideration of the surrounding environment.
• The piano on the 2nd floor can be used, but please refrain from using it after 8 PM.

Request for Adherence to the Number of Guests

Entry by anyone other than registered guests is prohibited. A security camera is installed at the entrance, and if a violation of the number of guests is confirmed, an additional charge will be applied.

About Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. An ashtray is provided on the deck, so please only smoke on the deck.
• Please refrain from smoking in the garden or at the entrance, other than on the deck.

About Toilet Use

We ask that men also use the toilet while seated.

Other

• Bringing pets, moving wheeled luggage or other items with casters inside the building, bringing in and using fireworks, BBQs, hot plates, etc., bringing in large amounts of garbage, foul-smelling items, oversized garbage, unsanitary garbage, hair dyeing or bleaching, other unsanitary or dangerous acts, profit-making activities, or solicitation activities are prohibited.
• Please always separate your garbage and dispose of it in the designated bins.
• Simple cleaning tools are located on the bottom shelf next to the washing machine in the 1st-floor bathroom.
• There is no safe in the building. Guests are responsible for the management of their valuables.
• If a guest reports a lost item, we will check during cleaning. If a lost item is found, it will be returned to the guest at their shipping expense.

About Emergencies

About Violations

In the event that the room is dirtier than normal use, if additional cleaning of beds or linens is required, if there are damaged items or areas, or if a violation of house rules is confirmed, a penalty fee, special cleaning fee, night-time response fee, etc., of ¥30,000 or the actual cost, whichever is higher, will be charged. In such cases, subsequent consecutive nights will not be accepted, and you will be required to vacate the premises the following day. (No refund will be given for the difference in price.)
