Request for consideration when using the house

The owner is currently working overseas and will continue to use the property as a private residence upon their return. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you would take good care of it.

How to use a house

• Because water stains are easily left on the floor, please do not leave wet items on the floor and instead place them in the basket by the entrance. If something gets wet, please wipe it up immediately.

• When returning from the beach, please do not enter the building with sand still on you; be sure to wash it off in the outdoor shower (with hot water).
• Please refrain from entering the passageway to the left of the entrance, where there is a "No Entry" sign. (Please also refrain from entering by going around from the garden.)
• Please refrain from touching the right half of the following buttons located in the entrance hall: (Entrance, small light bulb, toilet button)

• Since the entire building is air-conditioned, please refrain from touching the "Do Not Use" air conditioning button in the living room. If you feel too hot or too cold, please follow the instructions below to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Summer: Lower the curtains / Turn on the circulating fan with the remote control / Open the doors to each room
• 《Winter》 Turn on the loft air conditioner using the wall-mounted air conditioning button, and at the same time start the circulating fan using the remote control / Open the doors to each room.
• The stairs are open and not accessible to children under elementary school age (excluding infants who cannot walk).

About the garden

You are welcome to use the garden, but please refrain from barbecuing, setting up tents (including driving in pegs and other equipment), and using tarps.

About going to bed

• A bedroom is available on the second floor. (Two single beds, one double bed, four sets of Japanese futons)
• Depending on the number of people in your reservation, you can also rest in the raised seating area on the first floor. We have two sets of Japanese futons available in the closet on the first floor.

Precautions

Please be considerate of the surrounding environment.

• This is a villa available for private rental, but it is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask for your consideration towards the surrounding environment.
• The piano on the second floor is available for use, but please refrain from using it after 8 PM.

Please adhere to the number of people allowed.

Entry is restricted to registered guests only. Security cameras are installed at the entrance, and any violations regarding the number of guests will result in an additional charge.

About smoking

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. Ashtrays are provided on the deck, so please smoke only on the deck.
• Please refrain from smoking in areas other than the deck, such as the garden or in front of the entrance.

Regarding the use of the restroom

We ask that men also use the product while seated.

• Please refrain from bringing pets into the building, using wheeled carriers or similar items to move around inside the building, bringing in and using fireworks, BBQ equipment, hot plates, etc., bringing in large amounts of garbage, foul-smelling items, bulky waste, or unsanitary waste, dyeing or bleaching hair, other unsanitary or dangerous activities, and profit-making or solicitation activities.
• Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated trash cans.
• Simple cleaning tools can be found on the lower shelf next to the washing machine in the bathroom on the first floor.
• There are no safes in the building. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables.
• If a customer reports a lost item, we will check during cleaning. If the lost item is found, we will return it to the customer at their expense for shipping.

Regarding the emergency

Regarding violations

In the event that the room is dirtier than normal, requires additional cleaning of the bed or linens, has any damaged items or areas, or is found to have violated house rules, a penalty fee, special cleaning fee, nighttime service fee, etc., of 30,000 yen or the actual cost, whichever is higher, will be charged. In such cases, we will not accept any further stays, and you will be required to vacate the premises the following day. (No refund will be given for any difference in price.)
