Catering
This is a catering service by "GOOD STOCK," a deli & restaurant located in Hayama Isshiki. Chef Hidetoshi Murakami worked at DEAN & DELUCA for 18 years as executive chef before becoming independent. They deliver colorful deli plates, made with abundant seasonal Shonan vegetables, directly to your property.
The food is delivered with dishes and already plated, so you can enjoy it immediately upon arrival. Perfect for a special group meal. For more details, please see their Instagram @good_stock_599.
Tent Sauna
You can rent a complete set of Finnish tent sauna equipment at Isshiki Beach, Hayama (in front of Isshiki BOAT). Our staff will assist with setup and dismantling, so you can use it immediately upon arrival. Enjoy a refreshing experience at your own pace, right in front of the sea. Since it's a private group rental, you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about others.
All setup and dismantling are handled by our staff. Towels, ponchos, sauna hats, and drinks are also provided. You don't need to bring anything.

Notes & Cancellation Policy
- In case of strong winds (5m/s or more) or heavy rain, we will notify you of the event's feasibility by 5 PM the day before.
- Those who are feeling unwell, pregnant, or under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to use the service.
- The sauna stove becomes very hot, so please be careful not to get burned. Injuries during use are at your own risk.
- Please manage your personal belongings yourself. We cannot compensate for theft, loss, or damage.
- For same-day cancellations, 100% of the fee will be charged.
