GOOD STOCK (Store Pickup)

GOOD STOCK is a deli & restaurant located in Hayama Isshiki. Chef Hidetoshi Murakami, who served as executive chef at DEAN & DELUCA for 18 years before going independent, prides himself on colorful deli plates featuring an abundance of seasonal Shonan vegetables. The catering delivery service to properties that was previously offered has ended, and currently, customers can pick up their orders directly at the store.

PARTY・COMBO (Platters・Sets)

Reservations are required by the day before. Platters and sets tailored to the number of people are available (e.g., assorted DELI, party paella, party chicken feast, various COMBO sets).

QUIQ & GO (Bento Boxes・A La Carte)

No reservation required, same-day pickup available (please wait 5-20 minutes after ordering). DELI rice boxes, quiche boxes, shrimp curry, various DELI à la carte items, etc.

Tent Sauna

You can rent a complete set of Finnish tent sauna equipment at Hayama Isshiki Beach (in front of Isshiki BOAT). Our staff will assist with setup and dismantling, so you can start using it immediately upon arrival. Enjoy the sauna at your own pace with the ocean in front of you. Since it's a private group rental, you can relax and enjoy your time without worrying about others.

All setup and dismantling are handled by staff. Towels, ponchos, sauna hats, and drinks are also provided. You don't need to bring anything.

Group Private Rental Plan

Regular ¥18,000 (tax included) / group (max 4 people, 90 minutes)

Roopt guests only ¥16,200 (tax included) (10% discount)

Extension is ¥3,000 / 30 minutes. Business hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Meeting Point & Access

Meeting point: In front of Isshiki BOAT (2038 Shimo-Yamaguchi, Hayama-machi)This is in front of the Imperial Villa on Isshiki Beach. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time, already changed.

A simple changing space at Isshiki BOAT is available. Showers after the sauna are available at Isshiki BASE (5-minute walk) for ¥500 / person. The nearest parking is Mitsui's Re-Park next to Hayama Police Station.

Notes & Cancellation Policy

In case of strong winds (wind speed 5m/s or more) or heavy rain, we will notify you of the event's feasibility by 5 PM the day before.
Persons feeling unwell, pregnant individuals, or those who have consumed alcohol are not permitted to use the service.
The sauna stove becomes very hot, so please be careful of burns. Any injuries during use are at your own risk.
Please manage your personal belongings. We cannot compensate for theft, loss, or damage.
For same-day cancellations, 100% of the fee will be charged.
