【Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation】
Regarding access and the uphill slope from the bus stop: This house is located on a hill. If using public transportation, it will cost around 2,000 yen by taxi from JR Zushi Station or Keikyu Zushi/Hayama Station, or you can take a bus and walk for about 15 minutes up a considerable slope. Please let us know if you require parking.
Regarding room-by-room rental: This is a "room rental" rather than a "whole house rental." As an accommodation and share house, other guests will also be present, so please understand. Also, infants and toddlers reside here, so it may often be noisy; we appreciate your understanding.
Regarding sheet setup: We provide futon sets, mattresses, and linens, but you will be responsible for setting up the sheets yourself.

Regarding your purpose of use: What kind of group will you be (e.g., couple, family, friends, colleagues / gender ratio, age group, children's ages / travel, international travel, workation, work, celebration)?
Request for pre-check-in: Please complete the guest form and pre-check-in by the day before your check-in date. Entry information will only be sent the day before to those who have completed pre-check-in. *Guests who are minors only cannot stay. A consent form from a guardian is required.

Please confirm in advance. It contains prohibited actions and important notes, so please share it with everyone using the facility.
Regarding noise to neighbors: As the property is located in a quiet residential area, please be considerate of the surrounding environment. Use for party purposes is prohibited. ★Please refrain from outdoor eating and loud conversations, as well as loud music and shouting indoors, between 10 PM and 7 AM. If a report is made by a neighbor, a separate fee of 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee.
Regarding the number of guests: Entry by individuals other than registered guests is prohibited. If a violation of the number of guests is confirmed, immediate eviction will occur, with no refund of accommodation fees, and a penalty of 30,000 yen will be charged.
Regarding linens and amenities for consecutive nights: There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive nights. A vacuum cleaner is provided.
Regarding parking: One parking space is available. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use it.

- Check-in time: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
*Cleaning staff will enter the room from 11:00 AM, so please vacate by 11:00 AM.

★ Important: There are buildings with similar exteriors nearby. Please be sure to look for the building with white exterior walls. There is a black sign near the stairs that says "Collective House" and a noren (traditional Japanese curtain) at the entrance that says "Roopt". Please confirm these before ascending the stairs. ★ If you get lost even slightly, please call 050-1808-6065 instead of ringing the doorbell.
The lock is a smart lock. Enter the keypad PIN and press the check button to unlock. It is an auto-lock, so please remember your PIN when going out.
