[Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation]
Access and uphill walk from the bus stop: This house is located on a hill. If using public transportation, it will cost around 2,000 yen by taxi from JR Zushi Station or Keikyu Zushi-Hayama Station, or you can take a bus and walk, which will involve a fairly steep uphill walk of about 15 minutes. Please let us know if you require parking.
Regarding room-by-room rentals: Please note that this is a rental of a single room, not the entire house. As this is a shared house and accommodation, please understand that other guests will be present. Also, please be aware that there are infants and toddlers living here, so it can be noisy at times.
Regarding the sheet set: We provide a bedding set, mattress, and sheets, but you will need to put the sheets on yourself.

Regarding the purpose of use: What kind of group will this be (couples, spouses, families, friends, colleagues / gender ratio, age group, children's ages, etc. / travel, international travel, workation, work, celebration)?
Advance Check-in Request: Please complete the guest form and check in by the day before your scheduled check-in date. Only guests who have checked in in advance will receive room information the day before their arrival. *Minors cannot stay with an adult. Parental consent is required.

Please check the following beforehand. We have listed prohibited actions and precautions, so please share them with everyone who will be using the service.
Regarding noise for neighbors: As the venue is located in a quiet residential area, please be considerate of the surrounding environment. Use for parties is prohibited. ★Please refrain from eating outdoors or having loud conversations between 10 PM and 7 AM, and from playing loud music or shouting indoors. If a neighbor reports any of these issues, a separate fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.
Regarding the number of guests: Entry is restricted to those who are not scheduled to stay overnight. If a violation of the guest count limit is confirmed, you will be immediately asked to leave, your accommodation fee will not be refunded, and you will be required to pay a penalty of 30,000 yen.
Regarding linen and amenities for consecutive nights: Linen changes and cleaning are not provided during consecutive nights. A vacuum cleaner is available.
Regarding parking: There is one parking space available. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use it.

★ Important: There are similar-looking buildings in the neighborhood. Please be sure to look for the building with white exterior walls. There is a black sign that says "Collective House" near the stairs and a noren (traditional Japanese curtain) that says "Roopt" in front of the entrance. Please be sure to check these before going up the stairs. ★ If you get lost, please call 050-1808-6065 instead of ringing the doorbell.
This is a smart lock. After entering your PIN on the keypad, press the check button to unlock it. It will automatically lock, so please remember your PIN when you go out.
