[Notes Regarding This Accommodation]
Regarding access and the uphill walk from the bus stop: This house is located on a hill. If using public transportation, it will cost around 2,000 yen by taxi from JR Zushi Station or Keikyu Zushi·Hayama Station, or you can take a bus and walk, which involves a considerable uphill walk of about 15 minutes. Please let us know if you require parking.
Regarding room-by-room rental: This is a "room rental" rather than a "whole-house rental." Please understand that there may be other guests as this is both an accommodation facility and a share house. Please also note that infants and toddlers live here, so it can often be noisy, but we appreciate your understanding.
Regarding sheet setup: We provide futon sets, mattresses, and linens, but you will be responsible for setting up the sheets yourself.

Regarding your purpose of use: What kind of group will you be (e.g., couple, married couple, family, friends, colleagues / male-to-female ratio, age group, children's ages / travel, international travel, workation, business, celebration)?
Request for pre-check-in: Please be sure to complete the guest form and pre-check-in by the day before your check-in date. Entry information will only be sent the day before to those who have completed pre-check-in. *Guests who are minors only cannot stay. Parental consent is required.

Please check it in advance. It contains prohibited actions and important notes, so please share it with everyone in your group.
Regarding noise to neighbors: As the property is located in a quiet residential area, please be considerate of the surrounding environment. Use for party purposes is prohibited. ★Please refrain from eating outdoors and having loud conversations, or playing loud music and shouting indoors between 10 PM and 7 AM. If a report is made by a neighbor, a separate fee of 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee.
Regarding the number of guests: Entry by anyone other than registered guests is not permitted. If a violation of the number of guests is confirmed, you will be asked to vacate immediately, no refund of accommodation fees will be given, and a penalty of 30,000 yen will be charged.
Regarding linens and amenities for consecutive nights: There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive stays. A vacuum cleaner is provided.
Regarding parking: One parking space is available. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use it.

*Cleaning staff will enter from 11:00, so please vacate by 11:00.

★ Important: There are buildings with similar exteriors nearby. Please be sure to look for the building with white exterior walls. There is a black sign near the stairs that says "Collective House" and a noren (curtain) at the entrance that says "Roopt". Please confirm these before ascending the stairs. ★ If you get lost even a little, please call 050-1808-6065 instead of ringing the doorbell.
The door is equipped with a smart lock. After entering the PIN on the keypad, press the check button to unlock. It is an auto-lock, so please do not forget your PIN when going out.
