Please ensure you do not mistakenly enter another residence.There is a house with a dog larger than a human.If you mistakenly enter that house, you could be bitten by the dog and suffer serious injury. How to identify the building
The property is a building withwhite exterior walls.
- Near the stairs, there is ablack signthat says "Collective House"
- At the entrance, there is anoren (traditional Japanese curtain)that says "Roopt"
- The entrance is equipped with anumeric smart lock.
Absolutely do not enter any residence that does not have a smart lock.

Access by Train and Bus
JR Line
Tokyo Station (approx. 60 min) → Yokohama Station (approx. 35 min) → Zushi Station → Bus "Hayama-Odori" bus stop → 10 min walk
Alternatively, from Zushi Station by taxi (approx. 15 min, ¥2,200)
Keikyu Line
Haneda Airport (approx. 65 min) → Keikyu Kamata Station (approx. 50 min) → Yokohama Station (approx. 30 min) → Zushi-Hayama Station → Bus "Hayama-Odori" bus stop → 10 min walk
Alternatively, Zushi-Hayama Station → Zushi Station (5 min walk) → Taxi (approx. 15 min, ¥2,200)
Access by Car
Caution when coming from the north (downhill): Your navigation system may end at a location that is not Roopt Hayama Collective House.Continue straight for about 100m.On your left, you will see a house with a black sign that says "Hayama Collective House" and a white noren that says "Roopt"; please park there.
Parking
- Parking capacity: 7 cars
- The four rows from the stairs are for facility parking.
- The 5th row (in front of the white car) is for the neighbor's parking, so no parking is allowed there.
- Advance reservation is required for parking.
