A collective house near Isshiki Beach in Hayama, with large windows offering panoramic views of Enoshima, the Imperial Villa, and the Izu Peninsula. We accommodate both vacation rental guests (private room plans and whole-house rentals) and share house residents. The common areas are extensive, including a spacious open kitchen, a living room with a 65-inch TV, a terrace with a fire pit, and an open-air rooftop. You can also enjoy a tent sauna experience.
The living room offers panoramic views of Enoshima, the Hayama Imperial Villa, and the Izu Peninsula from its large windows. Relax and unwind with a 65-inch large TV and comfortable sofas.
On the terrace with a fire pit, you can enjoy a bonfire while gazing at the sea even at night. We recommend staying with the whole-house rental plan.
An open kitchen fully equipped with an espresso machine and SodaStream. Amenities such as basic cosmetics, pajamas, and towels are also provided, so you can come empty-handed.
Toilets with bidets are available on the 1st and 2nd floors, and a laundry room is also fully equipped.
Three rooms: Room-Rosso (max 2 people), Room-Giallo (max 3 people), and Room-Blu (max 4 people). Each room is equipped for workation with a desk, monitor, and Wi-Fi.
