【Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation】
● Children's Use Prohibited / Stairs This villa has three floors with many stairs and open spaces, which can be dangerous. Therefore, use is restricted to guests of elementary school age and above.
Please also note that this building may be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with physical disabilities.
● Access, Narrow Road Width The surrounding roads are narrow, with the narrowest point being only about 2 meters wide. If you are arriving in a wide vehicle, you may not be able to pass. In such cases, please use nearby parking facilities.
● Optimal Number of Guests and Room Assignment This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests, but the optimal number is around 4 guests. (There is no problem if there are children sleeping in the same bed.) If 5-6 guests are staying, in addition to the two single beds in the Western-style room on the 2nd floor and three futons in the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor, one of the following options will be used: – Use of the daybed in the 3rd-floor living room – Laying futons in the 2nd-floor library Please refer to the photos for confirmation.

Please confirm it in advance. It contains prohibited actions and important notes, so please share it with everyone using the property.
● Noise to Neighbors As the property is located in a quiet residential area, please be considerate of the surrounding environment.
Use for party purposes is prohibited.
★Please refrain from eating and loud conversations outdoors, on the rooftop, or on the terrace between 10 PM and 7 AM, and from loud music and loud voices indoors. If a report is made by a neighbor, a separate fee of 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee.
● Number of Guests Entry by non-staying guests is prohibited (prior consultation is possible if desired). If a violation of the guest limit is confirmed, immediate eviction will occur, with no refund of accommodation fees, and a penalty of 30,000 yen will be charged.
● Linens and Amenities for Consecutive Stays There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive stays. A vacuum cleaner is available.
● Parking Two parking spaces are available. Please use nearby parking facilities for additional vehicles.
【Optional Services】
● BBQ A charcoal BBQ kit is available for 3,000 yen (tax included) per unit. Please use it on the private terrace (BBQ on the rooftop is not permitted). Please prepare your own ingredients. Feel free to contact us if you wish to use it.
● Catering Service (GOODSTOCK) Catering service from "GOODSTOCK," a deli & restaurant by the former head chef of DEAN & DELUCA.

【Building Structure】 1F: Bathroom (with bathtub), toilet, washbasin, outdoor shower, entrance 2F: Bedroom (2 single beds), Japanese-style room (3 futons), toilet 3F: Living room, dining room, kitchen (with daybed) Rooftop: Terrace (with panoramic views of Mt. Fuji and the sea)
If the weather is good, you might be able to see Mt. Fuji beautifully from the rooftop in the early morning. Please bring coffee or tea from the 3rd floor and relax on a yoga mat or chair.
