[Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation]
● Prohibition of use by children and information about stairs This villa is a three-story building with many stairs and open spaces, which pose a safety risk. Therefore, we only allow use by children of elementary school age and older.
Please also note that this building may be inconvenient for elderly people and those with disabilities.
● Access and narrow road width The surrounding roads are narrow, and in some places the road is only about 2 meters wide. If you are driving a wide vehicle, you may not be able to pass. In that case, please use a nearby parking lot.
● Regarding the appropriate number of guests and room allocation This villa can accommodate up to 6 people, but the appropriate number is around 4. (There is no problem if you have children sleeping in the same bed as you.) For groups of 5-6 people, in addition to the two single beds in the Western-style room on the 2nd floor and the three futons in the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor, you will need to use one of the following: - Use of the daybed in the living room on the 3rd floor - Laying out futons in the library on the 2nd floor Please take a look at the photos to confirm.

● Request for Advance Check-in Please complete the guest form via the link provided in the message by the day before your check-in date to complete the advance check-in. Please check the following beforehand. We have listed prohibited actions and precautions, so please share them with everyone who will be using the service.
● Regarding noise for neighbors: As the property is located in a quiet residential area, we ask for your consideration of the surrounding environment.
Use for party purposes is prohibited.
★Please refrain from eating outdoors, on the rooftop, or on the terrace, as well as from loud conversations, and from playing loud music or shouting indoors between 10 PM and 7 AM. If a neighbor reports such behavior, you will be charged an additional 30,000 yen as a response fee.
● Regarding the number of guests Entry is restricted to registered guests only (prior consultation is possible if desired). If a violation of the guest count limit is confirmed, you will be immediately asked to leave, your accommodation fee will not be refunded, and you will be required to pay a penalty of 30,000 yen.
● Regarding linen and amenities for consecutive nights Linen changes and cleaning are not provided during consecutive nights. A vacuum cleaner is available.
● Regarding Parking There are two parking spaces available. Please use nearby parking facilities if you need more than two spaces.

● BBQ We offer charcoal BBQ kits for ¥3,000 (tax included) per unit. Please use them on the private terrace (BBQ on the rooftop is not permitted). Please bring your own food. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to use this service.
● Catering Service (GOODSTOCK) A catering service from "GOODSTOCK," a deli and restaurant run by the former head chef of DEAN & DELUCA.

If the weather is nice, you might be able to see a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from the rooftop in the early morning. Please feel free to grab some coffee or tea from the 3rd floor and relax on a yoga mat or chair.
