【Important Notes Regarding This Accommodation】
● Prohibition of Children / Stairs This villa has many stairs as it is a three-story building, and there are open spaces, which can be dangerous. Therefore, only guests of elementary school age and above are permitted.
Please also note that this building may be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with physical disabilities.
● Access, Narrow Road Width The surrounding roads are narrow, with some sections as narrow as 2 meters. If you are arriving in a wide vehicle, you may not be able to pass. In such cases, please use nearby parking facilities.
● Appropriate Number of Guests and Room Assignments This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests, but the appropriate number is around 4 guests. (There is no issue if there are children sleeping with parents.) For 5-6 guests, in addition to the two single beds in the Western-style room on the 2nd floor and three futons in the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor, one of the following options will be used: – Use of the daybed in the 3rd-floor living room – Laying futons in the 2nd-floor library Please refer to the photos for confirmation.

● Request for Pre-Check-in Please complete the pre-check-in by filling out the guest form via the link provided in the message by the day before check-in. Entry information will only be sent to those who have completed pre-check-in on the day before arrival. *Guests consisting only of high school students or younger cannot stay. *All guests are requested to call: 050-1808-6065

Please review it in advance. It contains prohibited actions and important notes, so please share it with everyone who will be using the property.
● Noise to Neighbors As the property is located in a quiet residential area, please be considerate of the surrounding environment.
Use for party purposes is prohibited.
★Please refrain from eating outdoors, on the rooftop, or on the terrace, and from loud conversations between 10 PM and 7 AM, as well as loud music and shouting indoors. If a report is made by a neighbor, a separate handling fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.
● Number of Guests Entry by non-guests is prohibited (prior consultation is possible if desired). If a violation of the guest limit is confirmed, immediate eviction will occur, with no refund of accommodation fees, and a penalty of 30,000 yen will be charged.
● Linens and Amenities for Consecutive Nights There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive nights. A vacuum cleaner is available.
● Parking Two parking spaces are available. For additional vehicles, please use nearby parking facilities.
【Options Information】
● BBQ A charcoal BBQ kit is available for 3,000 yen (tax included) per unit. Please use it on the private terrace (BBQ on the rooftop is not permitted). Please bring your own ingredients. Feel free to contact us if you wish to use it.
● GOOD STOCK (Store Takeout) "GOOD STOCK" is a deli & restaurant by the former executive chef of DEAN & DELUCA. You can pick up large-plate menus (reservations required by the day before) or bento boxes/individual items (takeout available on the day) at the store. Delivery to the property is not available.

【Our Property Structure】 1F: Bathroom (with bathtub), toilet, washbasin, outdoor shower, entrance 2F: Bedroom (2 single beds), Japanese-style room (3 futons), toilet 3F: Living room, dining room, kitchen (with daybed) Rooftop: Terrace (with panoramic views of Mt. Fuji and the ocean)
If the weather is good, you might be able to see Mt. Fuji beautifully from the rooftop in the early morning. Bring coffee or tea from the 3rd floor and relax on a yoga mat or chair.
