About the kitchen
- Always use the exhaust fan when using the kitchen.
- Faucet operation: Place your hand over the black touch sensor, then turn the faucet.
- Seasonings: Stored in the drawer next to the trash can.
- Dishes: Inside the door on the staircase side
- Coffee and tea are available in the kitchen on the 3rd floor.
- Rice cooker available (rice not included)
- Refrigerator and freezer available
Garbage sorting
Trash cans are located in each room and in the living room on the 3rd floor.
- Food waste: Put it in the food waste bin next to the sink.

- There is an automatic washer-dryer on the 1st floor.
- Detergent is dispensed automatically. Basically, you just press a button.
- Do not put items with sand on them into the dryer (this may cause malfunction).
Window and balcony operation
How to unlock the balcony door:1. Confirm that there are two keys. 2. Turn the upper key counterclockwise (a round protrusion will appear). 3. Turn the lower key in the same way. 4. Push the door forward.
How to unlock a window:1. Turn the handle 180 degrees (from bottom to top). 2. You can tilt the window diagonally. *Turning it 90 degrees will fully open the window, but please refrain from doing so as it is dangerous.

- BBQ on the rooftop terrace: Not permitted
- Smoking: Only permitted on the 1st floor porch.

- Entry for non-guests: Not permitted (negotiable)
