Sleeping Arrangements

- 3F Living room: 1 double daybed
Accommodates up to 6 people. For 5-6 guests, futons can be laid on the 3F daybed or in the 2F library.
Smoking Area
1F porch only *Please refrain from smoking in the parking lot.
Rooftop
Please use freely. On windy days, please be careful when opening and closing the door (there is a risk of pinching your hand).
BBQ is not permitted. If you wish to have a BBQ, please use the charcoal BBQ kit option (¥3,000) (please confirm details with the host).
About the Kitchen
- Always use the ventilation fan when using the kitchen.
- Faucet operation: Hold your hand over the black touch sensor, then turn the faucet.
- Seasonings: Stored in the drawer next to the trash can.
- Dishes: Inside the cabinet next to the stairs.
- Coffee/Tea: Available in the 3F kitchen.
- Rice cooker available (no rice provided).
- Refrigerator/freezer available.
Trash Separation
Trash cans are in each room and on the 3F living room.

Washing Machine
- Automatic washer-dryer on 1F.
- Detergent is automatically dispensed. Basically, just press the button.
- Please do not put sandy items in the dryer (may cause malfunction).
Window / Balcony Operation
How to unlock the balcony door: 1. Confirm there are 2 locks 2. Turn the upper lock counter-clockwise (a round protrusion will appear) 3. Turn the lower lock similarly 4. Push the door forward
How to unlock the window: 1. Turn the handle 180 degrees (from bottom to top) 2. The window can be tilted open *Turning 90 degrees will open it fully, but please refrain from doing so as it is dangerous.
Prohibited Actions
- BBQ on the rooftop terrace: Not permitted
- Smoking: Only permitted on the 1F porch
- Pets: Not permitted
- Parties/Events: Not permitted
- Entry by non-guests: Not permitted (consultation possible)
- Commercial photography/videography: Not permitted
- Indoor use of carry-on luggage (with wheels): Not permitted
Notes
- Noise restriction hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
- As this is a residential area, please keep noise down at night.

Q: Is there an outlet for the living room table? It's inside the high table next to the dining table (the shelf where seasonings and cups are kept).
Lost and Found: After confirmation during cleaning, items will be returned at your expense for shipping.
There is no safe in the building. Please manage your valuables yourself.
