How to use the shared spaces
- Please keep the shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom clean (clean up immediately after use).
- Please manage your own food supplies. Please put labels with your name on them in the refrigerator.
- Please be sure to clean the area around the stove after cooking.
- Please clean the filter after each use of the washing machine.
Coexistence with Airbnb guests
- Guests sometimes stay on the second floor as part of a short-term rental program.
- Please be considerate and greet others in the shared entrance and stairwell.
- Please refrain from making loud noises or voices after 10 PM (out of consideration for other guests).
About DIY
Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori isDIY possible (no restoration required)is.
- You can freely customize it, such as painting the walls or installing shelves.
- Please consult with the management company in advance regarding any major renovations or structural changes.
- Please dispose of waste materials and unwanted items at your own risk.
Taking out the trash
- Combustible waste: Mondays and Thursdays (by 8:30 AM, take it to the designated location)
- Non-burnable waste and recyclable waste: Twice a month (details will be provided upon move-in)
- Bulky waste: Consult with the management company in advance.
Visitors
- Please contact the management company in advance if a friend or acquaintance of a resident is visiting.
- Overnight stays are generally prohibited (consultation required).
- Visitors must leave by 11 PM.
Prohibitions
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please be considerate of neighbors when smoking outdoors.
- Contract changes without pets (prior application required and additional fees apply if you wish to bring a pet)
- Subletting or permission for third-party use of the room
- Leaving personal belongings in common areas for extended periods
