Share houses are designed for residents to enjoy a community where they co-create their main living experience with other housemates. Roopt encourages free use of the share house in accordance with the residents' good judgment, but does not permit private use that would be unpleasant for other residents. Residents are expected to act as sensible adults and agree to the following house rules.
■ Regarding Cleaning
In principle, residents are responsible for cleaning and taking out the trash themselves. While the management (Makigumi Inc.) will conduct cleaning irregularly, residents are responsible for maintaining the share house environment in daily life.
