All 5 private rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors. These calm spaces, primarily Japanese-style, are equipped with air conditioning. DIY is allowed (no restoration required), so you can freely customize them by painting walls, installing shelves, etc.

This uniquely designed building incorporates existing DIY elements throughout, such as interiors made from repurposed scrap materials and tatami wall coverings.

Shared living room with vacation rental guests

The shared living room on the 2nd floor is a unique space where share house residents and vacation rental guests can casually interact. Shared facilities are also well-equipped, including a gas dryer, washing machine, two refrigerators, a microwave, and a toaster.

Security is assured with an auto-lock system (with intercom). Wi-Fi is available for free in all rooms.

Located a 1-minute walk from Hon-Shiogama Station

Just a 1-minute walk from the "Shrine Sando Exit" of Hon-Shiogama Station on the JR Senseki Line. It's convenient for commuting and school, with direct access to Sendai in about 30 minutes. Convenience stores, drugstores, and shopping centers are all within a 5-minute walk.
