The common area maintenance fee includes utilities (water, electricity, and gas). These fees may change during your tenancy.
Costs and conditions
Initial cost
- No security deposit or key money required. The first month's payment is only rent plus common area maintenance fees.
- If you bring a pet, an additional ¥30,000 (cleaning fee upon departure) will be charged.
Monthly fee
- Rent: 30,000-35,000 yen + Common area maintenance fee: 10,000 yen (including utilities)
Payment Methods and Contracts
- Credit card payment (automatic monthly payment)
- Contracts can be made for any period (fixed-term lease).
- There is a system of residents taking turns with tasks such as taking out the trash.
- DIY renovations are OK (you can change the wall color, install shelves, etc., no need to restore to original condition).
