Initial Costs
- No security deposit or key money. First month's payment is rent + common service fee only.

Monthly Costs
- Rent 30,000-35,000 yen + Common Service Fee 10,000 yen (including utilities)
Payment Method/Contract

- Contract possible for any period (fixed-term tenancy)
- Residents take turns with duties such as garbage disposal.
