Basic Rules
- Residents share common spaces with their host family and other residents/guests.
- Please keep common areas clean at all times (clean up immediately after use).
- Please refrain from making loud noises or eating and drinking outdoors (on the terrace or rooftop) between 10 PM and 7 AM the following day.
- We ask for your cooperation regarding our guests (due to the nature of a collective house that coexists with private lodging).
Shared kitchen and living room
- Please manage your own ingredients and seasonings (a designated area is provided).
- Always clean the stovetop area after cooking.
- Please wash dishes immediately after use and return them to their designated place.
- The living room is shared by both guests and residents.
laundry
- The washing machine is in the laundry room.
- Please clean the filter after each use.
Taking out the trash
- Please follow Hayama Town's rules for sorting your trash.
- Please consult with your host in advance regarding bulky waste.
Visitors
- Please inform the host in advance if friends or acquaintances of the resident are visiting.
- Overnight stays are generally prohibited (consultation required).
Prohibitions
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- Unauthorized bringing of pets
- Sales activities and solicitations to guests of short-term rental accommodations
- Leaving personal belongings in common areas for extended periods
