How to identify the building
The property is a building withwhite exterior walls.
- Near the stairs, there is ablack signthat says "Collective House"
- In front of the entrance, there is anoren (traditional Japanese curtain)that says "Roopt"
- The entrance is equipped with anumber-based smart lock.
Absolutely do not enter any residence without a smart lock.

Access by Train/Bus
JR Line
Tokyo Station (approx. 60 min) → Yokohama Station (approx. 35 min) → Zushi Station → Bus "Hayama-Odori" bus stop → 10 min walk

Access by Car
Caution when coming from the north (downhill): Your navigation may end at a location that is not Roopt Hayama Collective House.Please continue straight for approximately 100m.On your left, there will be a house with a black "Hayama Collective House" sign and a white "Roopt" noren; please park there.
Parking
- Number of parking spaces: 7
- The four rows from the stairs are the facility's parking lot.
- The 5th row (in front of the white car) is the neighbor's parking lot, so parking is prohibited.
- Parking requires advance reservation.
