Exterior and entrance
A building with white exterior walls. The entrance has a smart lock (code-based). Look for the black "Collective House" sign and the "Roopt" noren (traditional Japanese curtain).
Living room and dining room
The living room features a large 65-inch television. The dining area has a table that can seat up to eight people, and large windows offer panoramic views of Enoshima, the Imperial Villa, and the Izu Peninsula. Built-in electrical outlets are installed in the floor.
kitchen
You can cook while enjoying the ocean view from our spacious open kitchen. We also have a DeLonghi espresso machine and a SodaStream (free use available with an Instagram follow).
Terrace/Rooftop
The second-floor terrace has a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows and enjoy s'mores. The rooftop offers unobstructed views of Hayama town. BBQ is also possible with the rental of a hot plate.
workspace
Each room is equipped with a monitor, office chair, light with charger, and Wi-Fi. You can change your workspace to suit your mood, whether it's the living room, dining room, terrace, or rooftop.
