Exterior / Entrance
A building with white exterior walls. The entrance has a smart lock (code-based). Look for the black "Collective House" sign and the "Roopt" noren (curtain).
Living / Dining Room
The living room features a large 65-inch TV. The dining room has a table that seats up to 8 people, and the large windows offer a panoramic view of Enoshima, the Imperial Villa, and the Izu Peninsula. In-floor power outlets are installed.
Kitchen
You can cook while enjoying the ocean view in the spacious open kitchen. An espresso machine and SodaStream are also available (free to use if you follow on Instagram).
Terrace / Rooftop
The 2nd-floor terrace has a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows and enjoy s'mores. The rooftop offers an unobstructed panoramic view of Hayama town. BBQ is also possible with a rented hot plate.
Workspace
Each room is equipped with a monitor, office chair, light with charger, and Wi-Fi. You can change your workspace according to your mood, choosing from the living room, dining room, terrace, or rooftop.
