Q. It says "share house," but can I rent the entire place?

A. Yes, the first floor where you will be staying is a completely private space for exclusive use. The second floor is a residential area where share house residents live, and it has a separate entrance, so guests and residents do not share living spaces (please refrain from entering the second floor). We accept only one group per day, and there are no shared spaces with other guests.

Q. What are the capacity and rates?

A. Up to 3 people can stay, and the rate is fixed for up to 3 people (no extra charge). For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer a discount, so please check the booking site or contact us with your desired dates. If you wish to stay with more people than the capacity, please consult us before making a reservation.

Q. Can I stay with children?

A. Yes, you can stay with children. The bedroom can be used with the door closed, so you can rest assured when your children are sleeping. Please note that there is no kitchen, so full-scale cooking such as baby food preparation is not possible (a microwave and electric kettle are available). If you have any questions, please contact us before making a reservation.

Q. Can I cancel, change dates, or change the number of guests?

A. This will follow the rules and procedures of the booking site you used (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Cancellations made at short notice may incur a cancellation fee. Please consult us via message first.

Q. What are the payment methods and receipts?

A. For reservations made through booking sites, payment and receipt issuance will generally be handled on that site. Please let us know if you require a receipt.

Check-in / Check-out

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00, and check-out is at 10:00.

Q. I expect to arrive late at night.

A. If you anticipate arriving after 22:00, please contact us in advance via message. As it is self-check-in, late arrivals may be accommodated. When arriving late at night, please enter quietly out of consideration for the residents living on the second floor.

Q. Can I check in early?

A. Due to cleaning schedules, we generally cannot accommodate early check-ins. Depending on the previous day's occupancy and cleaning status, it may be possible, so please inquire as early as possible if you wish to do so.

Q. Can I check out late?

A. This may be possible depending on the next day's reservation status. Please consult us via message.

Q. Is pre-check-in and guest register entry required?

A. Yes, it is required. Based on laws and regulations, information for all guests staying (name, address, contact information, etc.) must be registered in advance. Those without an address in Japan are required to submit a copy of their passport (simply presenting it at check-in is not sufficient). Please complete the form we provide by the day before check-in.

Q. How do I enter the room?

A. It is a self-check-in system using a smart lock with a numerical code. Entry information will be provided after all guests have completed pre-check-in and before your check-in time. If you have trouble unlocking the door, please contact the facility's contact number provided.

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A. We apologize, but for security reasons, we do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Please consider using coin lockers at Kagurazaka Station (large suitcases may not fit) or nearby luggage storage services.

Rooms / Facilities

Q. What is the bedding configuration?

A. There are two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has two single beds, and Bedroom 2 has one single bed, accommodating a maximum of 3 people. The bedding style involves placing single mattresses directly on the flooring, so they are not as high as regular beds. A full set of bedding, including sheets and covers, is provided.

Q. Is there a kitchen or cooking appliances?

A. There is no kitchen, so full-scale cooking is not possible. A microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator are available for warming food or simple meals. Kagurazaka has a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance, so dining out is highly recommended.

Q. What amenities and facilities are available?

A. We provide Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a private shower room (no bathtub), towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap. Pajamas are not provided, so please bring your own. There is no washing machine, but there is a coin laundry nearby. For consecutive nights, towel and linen changes during your stay are generally not provided.

Q. Is Wi-Fi available?

A. Yes, it is fully equipped. Connection information will be provided in the entry guide at check-in.

Access / Parking

Q. How do I get there by public transport?

A. It's about a 5-minute walk from Kagurazaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line (Exit 2 is convenient). Ushigome-Yanagicho Station on the Toei Oedo Line is also within walking distance. Shinjuku is about 10 minutes away by train, making it a convenient base for sightseeing in Tokyo. For more details, please see theAccess Page. Q. Is there parking available?

A. There is no dedicated parking. The street in front of the building is a narrow one-way street, so street parking or stopping for loading/unloading is not permitted. If you come by car, please use nearby coin parking lots.

Rules During Your Stay

Q. Is smoking allowed?

A. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including outdoors (this includes electronic cigarettes). If smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee will be charged.

Q. What should I be careful about at night?

A. As share house residents live on the second floor, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Use for parties or events, and entry by more people than the reservation allows, are prohibited.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. We apologize, but pets are not allowed.

Q. What should I do with the trash?

A. Please do not take trash outside. Collect it in the provided trash bags and leave it in the room when you check out. Please refer to the check-in guide for details on sorting.

Q. What are your recommendations in the area?

A. Kagurazaka shopping street, with its cobblestone alleys, is just a short walk away, offering a variety of unique restaurants, cafes, and shops. Shinjuku is about 10 minutes away by train, and access to Tokyo Station is also good, making it convenient as a base for Tokyo sightseeing or business.
