Parking

!!!! DANGER !!!! Parking is not allowed directly in front of the building or next to the property.Parking in nearby store parking lots or on surrounding roads/shoulders is strictly prohibited, even if it's just to "unload luggage" or for "a few minutes." In the past, complaints have arisen from local residents and businesses, which has become a serious issue affecting future operations.

Parking is provided in a separate location from the building.

• Number of Parking Spaces: Approximately 6
• Parking Sign: Not installed as of February 2026

Caution: - Parking too close to the edge is dangerous, so please park with ample space. - If you are unsure of the parking location, do not park on your own judgment; please contact the facility manager. - There are many houses along the path from the parking lot to the property. We appreciate your quiet movement.

Absolutely do not park directly in front of our facility's building or next to the property. In the event that you use a parking area other than the designated one and a report is made, a penalty of 30,000 yen will be charged.

Sleeping Facilities

If you are an ADDress member, it will be self-setup and self-cleaning.

Linens are in the wooden closet in the living room.

We recommend using multiple sets of linens to protect against the cold at night.

About the Kitchen

• Please always use the range hood when using the kitchen.
• Coffee / Tea: Not available
• Rice cooker available (rice is not provided; please bring your own if needed)
• Refrigerator/freezer available (there are post-it notes and pens on the door. Please clearly state "stay room / stay period" for your belongings. Items left for more than one week will be discarded.)

Trash Separation

Trash cans are in the 1F kitchen.

• Burnable trash
• Container and packaging plastics
• Bottles, cans, plastic bottles (after washing)
• Food waste: To the food waste bin under the sink (Hayama Town collects food waste separately from burnable trash)

When the trash cans are full, please take them out to the outdoor storage box. Trash bags are under the kitchen sink.

Washing Machine

• Washing machine / Dryer: Available (drum type)
• Detergent: Automatic dispenser
• If detergent runs low, please refill from the shelf above.
• Do not put sandy items in the dryer (may cause malfunction).

At check-out, it would be very helpful if you could wash and dry the linens if possible (it would be extremely helpful if you could even put them back into the storage bags).

Toilets

• There are two toilets in total: one near the 1F veranda and one near the shower booth, accessed through the 1F kitchen.
• We ask that men also use the toilet while seated.
• Cleaning supplies are behind the toilet.

Prohibited Actions

• Smoking: No smoking throughout the entire traditional house.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Fireworks, BBQ, use of hot plates: Not allowed
• Use of carry cases (with wheels) indoors: Not allowed
• Entry of non-guests: Not allowed (security cameras are installed)
• Hair dyeing / bleaching: Not allowed

Consideration for the surrounding environment

There are many houses along the path from the parking lot to the property. Please move quietly.

Regarding Violations

If dirt, damage, or rule violations beyond normal use are confirmed, a penalty of 30,000 yen or the actual cost, whichever is higher, will be charged as a breach of contract fee / special cleaning fee, etc.

Tips

Cleaning tools: 1F bathroom / shelf above the washing machine

Valuables: There is no safe inside the building. Please manage your own valuables.

Lost and Found: After confirmation during cleaning, items will be returned at your shipping cost.
