GOOD STOCK (Store Takeout)

GOOD STOCK is a deli & restaurant located in Hayama Isshiki. Chef Hidetoshi Murakami, after serving as executive chef at DEAN & DELUCA for 18 years, became independent. He prides himself on colorful deli plates made with abundant seasonal Shonan vegetables. Catering delivery to properties, which was previously offered, has ended. Currently, customers can pick up their orders directly from the store.

PARTY・COMBO (Platters & Sets)

Reservations are required by the day before. Platters and sets tailored to your group size are available (DELI assortment, party paella, party chicken feast, various COMBO sets, etc.).

QUIQ & GO (Bento & A La Carte)

No reservation required, available for same-day takeout (please allow 5-20 minutes after ordering). DELI rice box, quiche box, shrimp curry, various DELI a la carte items, etc.

Tent Sauna

You can rent a complete set of Finnish tent sauna equipment at Hayama Isshiki Beach (in front of Isshiki BOAT). Our staff will assist with setup and dismantling, so you can start using it immediately upon arrival. Enjoy a refreshing experience at your own pace, right in front of the ocean. Since it's a private group rental, you can enjoy your time without worrying about others.

Group Rental Plan

Regular ¥18,000 (tax included) / group (max 4 people, 90 minutes)

Roopt guests only ¥16,200 (tax included) (10% discount)

Extension is ¥3,000 / 30 minutes. Business hours: 10:00-17:00.

Meeting Point & Access

Meeting point: In front of Isshiki BOAT (2038 Shimo-Yamaguchi, Hayama-machi)This is in front of the Imperial Villa on Isshiki Beach. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time, after changing.

Changing rooms are available at Isshiki BOAT's simple space. Showers after the sauna are ¥500 / person at Isshiki BASE (5-minute walk). The nearest parking lot is Mitsui's Re-Park next to Hayama Police Station.

Notes & Cancellation Policy

In case of strong winds (5m/s or more) or heavy rain, we will notify you of the event's feasibility by 5 PM the day before.
Those who are not feeling well, pregnant, or under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to use the service.
The sauna stove becomes very hot, so please be careful of burns. Injuries during use are at your own risk.
Please manage your personal belongings. We cannot compensate for theft, loss, or damage.
For same-day cancellations, 100% of the fee will be charged.
