Q. Is the entire building rented out?

A. The entire house is not rented out; accommodation is by room on the first floor of the share house. Common areas such as the kitchen and living room are shared with residents, and access to the residents' space on the second floor is not permitted.

Q. Are meals included? Is participation in social activities required?

A. Meals are not included in the accommodation fee; it is basically a room-only stay. The meals shown in the photos are for illustrative purposes of social interaction. Interaction with residents and other guests is optional, and you are free to spend your time quietly at your own pace. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen. If you would like meal options, please inquire about current offerings and pick-up methods.

Check-in / Check-out

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Q. What should I do with towels and sheets at check-out?

A. You can leave used towels and sheets in your room.

Facilities / Access

Q. Are amenities and kitchen equipment available?

A. We provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, milky lotion, towels, toothbrushes, hair dryers, pajamas, and slippers. The shared kitchen has cooking utensils and a full set of seasonings, so you can cook your own meals.

Q. Can I use the seasonings in the kitchen?

A. Please feel free to use the seasonings in the containers labeled "SHARE" on the shelf above the rice cooker. Please do not use containers belonging to residents.

Q. Is parking available?

A. We have space for 2 cars. It costs 300 yen per car per night, and 1,500 yen in July and August. Please pay in cash on the day. For 3 or more cars, we will direct you to nearby coin parking.

Q. If we come with two cars, how should we park?

A. The second car will be parked in tandem. The person departing earlier should park behind (adjustments can be made on the day). It would be helpful if you could inform us in advance if your arrival or departure times are fixed.

Q. Can I stay with my dog?

A. Dogs are allowed, and there is no additional charge. Please bring your own dog supplies.

Q. Can I have a BBQ?

A. We apologize, but BBQs are not permitted on the premises.

Other

Q. Can I get a receipt?

A. For reservations with advance payment through Booking.com or similar sites, you can issue a receipt from the reservation site. If you wish to have a receipt issued by the facility, or for other reservations and parking fee receipts, please contact us.

Q. Is it operated legally?

A. Each Roopt facility is operated after notification and permission in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Housing Accommodation Business Act.
