You may leave your luggage at the entrance for storage before or after your stay.

How to Enter

The key to the entrance is tied to the gas meter, located about 5 steps to the right of the entrance (towards the mailbox), close to the ground (if there is a bicycle, it will be in front of it). The key number required for unlocking will be provided after your reservation is confirmed, and also sent via an automated message during your stay. You may enter the genkan (entrance area) with your shoes on. There is no need to remove your shoes. Please be sure to return the key to its original location after use.

Basic Information

Room

Your guest room is the innermost room on the 1st floor (Room Number 1). Please take off your shoes when in the room. The room is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, milky lotion, toothbrushes, bath towels, face towels, a hairdryer, pajamas (samue), and slippers, all available for your free use. The toilet in the room is also available for your use.

Bath

It is located next to your accommodation room. The amenities in the silver basket are personal belongings of the residents, so please refrain from using them. There are two types of showers; if you lift the faucet knob vertically upwards, hot water will come out of the handheld shower. You are free to fill the bathtub and use it.

Kitchen

Cooking utensils and a full set of seasonings are provided and available for your free use. The seasonings you can use are in the white case on the shelf above the rice cooker (the blue-green case under the rice cooker contains residents' personal belongings, so please refrain from using it). Please use the empty space at the very top of the refrigerator. Ice is also available for your free use.

Living/Dining Room

You may dine at any table. There is also a TV, which you are free to watch (Netflix is also available via Fire Stick).

Restroom

In addition to the one in your room, there is also one to the left of the stairs, which you are free to use (the other door leads to a resident's room, so please do not enter).

This floor is off-limits as it contains residents' rooms.

Linen and Cleaning for Consecutive Stays

There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive stays. A cleaning machine is provided for your free use.

Important Notes

Consideration for the Neighborhood

Although this is a whole-house rental villa, it is located in a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of the surrounding environment. Use for party purposes is prohibited. Especially between 22:00 and 7:00 the next morning, please refrain from loud conversations outdoors or in the living room, watching TV at high volume, and using the washer-dryer.

Adherence to the Number of Guests

Entry by anyone other than registered guests is prohibited. A security camera is installed at the entrance, and if entry exceeding the reserved number of guests is confirmed, you will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund of accommodation fees, and an additional 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee and penalty.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.

Toilet Use

We ask that all guests, including men, use the toilet while seated.

Other

• Please always separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated bins.
• There is no safe in the building. Guests are responsible for the management of their valuables.
• If a guest reports a lost item, we will check during cleaning. If the lost item is found, we will return it to the guest, with the shipping cost borne by the guest.

Emergencies

Regarding Violations

In the event that the room is dirtier than normal use, if beds or linens require special cleaning, if there are damaged items or areas, or if any violation of house rules is confirmed, a penalty fee, special cleaning fee, night-time response fee, etc., of 30,000 yen or the actual cost (whichever is higher) will be charged. In such cases, further consecutive stays will not be accepted, and you will be asked to vacate the premises the following day (no refund for the remaining difference will be provided).
