You may leave your luggage at the entrance for storage before or after your stay.

How to Enter

A key with the necessary PIN for unlocking is provided in the key box near the entrance. The PIN will be provided individually after your reservation is confirmed. You may enter the genkan (entrance area) with your shoes on. There is no need to remove your shoes. Please be sure to return the key you used to its original location.

Basic Information

Room

The room at the very back on the 1st floor (Room No. 1) is your guest room. Please take off your shoes inside the room. The room is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, milky lotion, toothbrushes, bath towels, face towels, a hairdryer, pajamas (samue), and slippers, all of which are available for your free use. The toilet in the room is also available for your use.

Bath

Located next to the guest room. The amenities in the silver basket are the resident's personal belongings, so please refrain from using them. There are two types of showers; lifting the faucet knob straight up will dispense hot water from the handheld shower. You are free to fill the bathtub and use it.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with cooking utensils and seasonings, all available for your free use. The seasonings you can use are in the white case on the top shelf above the rice cooker (the blue-green case below the rice cooker contains the resident's personal belongings, so please refrain from using it). Please use the empty space at the very top of the refrigerator. Ice is also available for your free use.

Living/Dining Room

You may dine at any table. A TV is also available for your free viewing (Netflix can also be watched via Fire Stick).

Restroom

In addition to the one in your room, there is also one next to the stairs on the left, which you are free to use (the other door leads to the resident's room, so please do not enter).

This is the resident's room, so entry is prohibited.

Linen and Cleaning for Consecutive Stays

There will be no linen change or cleaning during consecutive stays. A cleaning machine is provided for your free use.

Important Notes

Consideration for the Surrounding Environment

Although it is a whole-house rental villa, it is located in a quiet residential area, so please be considerate of the surrounding environment. Use for parties is prohibited. Especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM the next morning, please refrain from loud conversations outdoors or in the living room, watching TV at high volume, and using the washer-dryer.

Adherence to the Number of Guests

Entry by anyone other than registered guests is prohibited. A security camera is installed at the entrance, and if entry by more than the reserved number of guests is confirmed, you will be immediately evicted without a refund of the accommodation fee, and an additional 30,000 yen will be charged as a handling fee and penalty.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.

Toilet Use

Male guests are also requested to use the toilet while seated.

Other

• Please always separate trash and dispose of it in the designated bins.
• There is no safe in the building. Guests are responsible for the management of their valuables.
• If a guest reports a lost item, we will check during cleaning. If the lost item is found, it will be returned to the guest, with the guest bearing the shipping costs.

Emergencies

Regarding Violations

In the event that the room is dirtier than normal use, if additional cleaning of beds or linens is required, if there are damaged items or areas, or if a violation of house rules is confirmed, a penalty fee, special cleaning fee, night response fee, etc., of 30,000 yen or the actual cost, whichever is higher, will be charged. In such a case, further consecutive stays will not be accepted, and you will be required to vacate the premises the next day (no refund will be given for the difference in fees).
