[Daydreaming in a Share House] Casual daydreaming in a port town house with art & culture, just 1 minute walk from JR Hon-Shiogama Station!

Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori, a share house born in Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture in February 2022, is a triangular, pointed 4-story building located a 1-minute walk from JR Hon-Shiogama Station, the closest station to Shiogama Shrine. While being a convenient 30-minute commute to Sendai, a short walk through the station's shopping street reveals a charming port town where you can feel the colors of history and the scent of culture everywhere. To blend in with such a town, the renovation has preserved the retro charm of "utilizing old things without discarding them" in various places.

1-Day Trial Stay at the Share House

After the talk event, you can experience an overnight trial stay with the landlord and guests. We are accepting advance applications via the [dedicated form] below, so please take this opportunity to try Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori. Due to the limited number of rooms, we will select participants by lottery if the number of applicants exceeds capacity. *Application deadline: March 20 (Sunday) *Advance application required, free stay, lottery if the number of applicants exceeds capacity *Applications may close early depending on the number of applications.
