[Daydreaming in a Share House] 1 minute walk from JR Hon-Shiogama Station! Gentle daydreaming in a port town house with art & culture

Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori, a share house that opened in Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture in February 2022, is a four-story, triangular-pointed building located a 1-minute walk from JR Hon-Shiogama Station, the nearest station to Shiogama Shrine. While being a convenient 30-minute commute to Sendai, it is also a charming port town where you can feel the colors of history and the scent of culture everywhere you walk a little from the station's shopping street. In order to blend in with such a town, the renovation has preserved the retro charm of "utilizing old things without discarding them" in various places.

After the talk event, you can experience an overnight trial stay with the landlord and guests. We are accepting advance applications from the [dedicated form] below, so please take this opportunity to try Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori.
