Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintome, where renovation work will be completed in February 2022. What kind of share house is it? What kind of renovations were done? What kind of lifestyle can you enjoy? We will hold an open house to help everyone learn about the share house.

・Viewing Tour 13:00-14:30 The architect in charge of the renovation will explain each private room and facility within the share house. *The first 20 minutes will be a briefing for the media.

・Morning Session 10:00-12:00 ・Afternoon Session 13:00-15:00 *You may enter and exit freely during the event hours.

Location: 1-3-3 Shintome, Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture, Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintome Access: 12-minute walk from Tomei Station on the JR Senseki Line *Please gather and disperse at the share house. *No parking is available.

In addition to on-site viewings on Tuesday, February 1st and Saturday, February 5th, online viewings (via Zoom) are also available. If you live far away or find it difficult to attend on the day, please join us online.

Notes

・Parking at the share house is not available for the open house. ・If you are coming by car, please park at a parking lot near Yamoto Station and use the JR Senseki Line, or use other public transportation. ・Reservations for viewings are accepted at any time outside of the above dates. Please feel free to contact us via the [Inquiry Form].

Request for cooperation in preventing the spread of novel coronavirus infection

・Please take your temperature in advance and refrain from visiting if you have a fever significantly higher than your normal temperature or if you are feeling unwell. In such cases, it is possible to switch to an online viewing, so please contact our staff. ・Please wear a mask when visiting. Our staff will also guide you while wearing masks at all times. ・Temperature checks and hand sanitization will be performed at the share house entrance (open house reception). ・For record-keeping purposes, you will be asked to provide your contact information (name, emergency contact) and entry/exit times at the reception. If you have a business card, please submit it at the reception. ・Windows may be opened for ventilation, which may make the share house interior cold. Please dress warmly when visiting.
