To make shared housing more accessible, we have revised the rents for "Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintomei" and "Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori," lowering them by a uniform 5,000 yen. Those who become the "first resident" of these shared houses, who are considered the core of the shared housing community, will receive an additional 5,000 yen discount on their rent.

We want more people to experience the joys of living in a shared house. We want shared housing to become a more common option. Please consider moving into "Roopt" at this opportunity.

We are looking for core residents who can become the heart of our share house community. If you can live in the share house for more than one year and help build the community, we will deduct 5,000 yen from your monthly rent for the duration of your contract, from the month you move in until the month you move out.
