We are looking for core residents who can become the heart of the share house community. Those who can reside in the share house for at least one year and cooperate in community building will receive a 5,000 yen discount on their rent every month from the move-in month to the move-out month, for the duration of their contract.

Target Audience

Those who meet all of the following criteria: 1) Among those who have applied, individuals who can cooperate in the sound operation and community building of the share house. 2) Individuals who can reside for a minimum of one year. *Selection will be made through an interview to determine suitability for cooperating in the sound operation and community building of the share house.
