[Daydreaming in a Share House] How to enjoy a too-spacious house by the sea? 9LDK, rooms up to 15 tatami mats

Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintome, a share house, opened in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture in February 2022. It's a two-story, 9LDK house located in a residential area near the sea, with a site area of over 600㎡ and a total floor area of approximately 400㎡. Individual rooms are up to 15 tatami mats in size. Additionally, there's an indoor garage for 2-3 cars, a balcony that can be used freely, and a 12-tatami free room, allowing for spacious use of both private rooms and common areas.

"Isn't this actually too spacious?" "If it's too spacious, how should we use it?"

It might be too much to handle living alone, but it's enjoyable when living with others. We'll have a fun daydreaming talk about such a share house, welcoming Ms. Sekiguchi, a guest with ties to Higashimatsushima City and a migration coordinator.
