[Daydreaming in a Share House] How to enjoy a huge house by the sea? 9LDK, with rooms up to 15 tatami mats in size.
Opened in February 2022 in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture, "Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintomei" is a shared house. Located in a residential area close to the sea, it is a two-story, 9LDK house with a site area of over 600㎡ and a total floor area of approximately 400㎡. Private rooms are up to 15 tatami mats in size. In addition, there is an indoor garage that can accommodate 2-3 cars, a balcony that can be used freely, and a 12 tatami mat free room, so both the private rooms and shared spaces are spacious.
"Is this actually too big?" "If it's too big, how should we use it?"
It might be overwhelming to live alone, but it's fun to live with others. We'll be chatting about the daydreams that come with living in such a share house, with our guest, relocation coordinator Sekiguchi-san, who has ties to Higashimatsushima City.
