To help you get to know Roopt's share houses better and to allow people considering moving to easily come and take a look, we're holding an open day where you can view the houses without a reservation! The open day will be held on Saturday, February 25th at "Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori," located in Shiogama City, just a 1-minute walk from Hon-Shiogama Station on the JR Senseki Line.

Located just a one-minute walk from Hon-Shiogama Station in Shiogama City, a town brimming with historical charm including Shiogama Shrine, Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori is a share house that's conveniently close to the station. With numerous supermarkets, drugstores, and restaurants within walking distance, and the enjoyable stroll through the shopping street where new shops are popping up, this share house is highly recommended for those who don't own a car.

The share house features a charming, retro living room and kitchen (on the second floor) that are typical of Shiogama, as well as five private rooms (on the third and fourth floors). There's also a guest room next to the living room used by tourists from both Japan and abroad, creating a space for diverse communication beyond just residents. Whether you're chatting in the living room, going out for drinks together, or relaxing in your private room, this share house allows you to live according to your own tastes, preferences, and mood.

Precautions
There is no parking available for visitors. If you are coming by car, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
The entrance to the share house is behind the black front door on the first floor of the building. If you get lost, look for "Sumibiyaki Tonton," the charcoal-grilled yakiniku restaurant next door on your left.
The share house already has residents. Please cooperate by viewing the property and talking to them in a way that does not disturb them.
Registration
No prior reservation is required to participate in this event.
You can visit the museum for free between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 25th.
A staff member will be waiting in the shared house living room, so please ring the doorbell and let them know you're there.
