[Anyone Welcome to Visit] Share House Open Day on Saturday, February 25th!

To help you feel more familiar with Roopt's share houses and to make it easy for those considering a move to visit, we are holding an open day where no reservation is required! The open house on Saturday, February 25th, will be at Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori, located in Shiogama City, just a 1-minute walk from Hon-Shiogama Station on the JR Senseki Line.

■ Date & Time: Saturday, February 25th, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM ■ Location: Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori (5-7 Kaigandori, Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture) *1-minute walk from Hon-Shiogama Station on the JR Senseki Line, the triangular building (4 stories) across from Uotami ■ How to Participate: No reservation required, free entry ■ Contents: Moving consultations in the living room, room viewings, etc.

Share House Information

Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori is a "station-side" share house located in Shiogama City, a place rich in history with sites like Shiogama Shrine, and just a 1-minute walk from Hon-Shiogama Station. With many supermarkets, drugstores, and restaurants within walking distance, and a fun shopping street with new shops, it's a recommended share house even for those who don't own a car.

Inside the share house, there's a retro and charming living room and kitchen (on the 2nd floor) typical of Shiogama, and a total of 5 private rooms (on the 3rd and 4th floors). Additionally, next to the living room is a guest room used by tourists from Japan and abroad, creating a place for diverse communication beyond just the residents. It's a share house where you can live according to your preferences and mood, whether it's chatting in the living room, going out for a drink together, or relaxing in your private room.

This open day is an event where anyone can visit Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori.

Notes

There is no parking for visitors. If you come by car, please use nearby coin parking lots.

The share house entrance is behind the black front door on the 1st floor of the building. If you get lost, the "Charcoal-grilled Yakiniku Tonton" restaurant next door is a landmark.

There are already residents in the share house. Please cooperate with viewings and conversations within a reasonable range to avoid causing inconvenience.

Participation Application

This event can be attended without prior reservation.

You can visit with free entry between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 25th.

A staff member will be waiting in the share house living room, so please ring the doorbell and speak to them.
