The following conditions must all be met to be eligible: 1) You must apply for tenancy during the campaign period and complete a one-month trial stay. 2) Your tenancy period (contract period) must be one year or longer.
*If you terminate the contract prematurely after formal signing and your tenancy period is less than one year, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the rent and utilities will be charged.
