Conditions for 50% OFF Application
The following conditions must all be met: 1) Those who applied for occupancy during the campaign period and completed the one-month trial stay. 2) Those whose occupancy period (contract period) is 1 year or more.
*If you cancel the formal contract midway and the occupancy period becomes less than 1 year, 50% of the rent and utilities will be charged as a cancellation fee.
