About the Store

Chef Hidetoshi Murakami worked at DEAN & DELUCA for 18 years as head chef before going independent and opening "GOOD STOCK" in Hayama Isshiki. He prides himself on colorful deli plates that make abundant use of seasonal Shonan vegetables.

* Catering delivery to properties, which was previously offered, has ended. Customers are now requested to visit the store themselves to pick up their desired menu items.

How to Use

• PARTY・COMBO (Platters・Sets): Reservations are required by the day before. Large platters suitable for various group sizes are available, including assorted DELI platters, party paella, party chicken feast, and various COMBO sets.
• QUIQ & GO (Bento Boxes・A La Carte): Available for same-day pickup without reservation (please allow 5-20 minutes after ordering). Includes DELI rice boxes, quiche boxes, shrimp curry, and various individual DELI items.
• We also carry ham & cheese / drinks such as Jamón Serrano, cheese, beer, and wine.
