About the Chef
Chef Hidetoshi Murakami spent 18 years at DEAN & DELUCA as head chef before going independent and opening "GOOD STOCK" in Hayama Isshiki. He prides himself on colorful deli plates made with an abundance of seasonal Shonan vegetables. The food is delivered with dishes and plating already done, so you can enjoy your meal right away.
