About the chef
Chef Hidetoshi Murakami spent 18 years at DEAN & DELUCA, where he served as executive chef, before opening his own restaurant, "GOOD STOCK," in Hayama Isshiki. He prides himself on his colorful deli plates, which generously use seasonal vegetables from the Shonan area. The dishes are delivered already plated and ready to eat, so you can start dining as soon as they arrive.
