Check-in Method

- The entrance uses a keypad smart lock.We will send you the code via Airbnb message the day before check-in.

- No need to return keys (due to smart lock)
- Please place used towels on the bathroom floor

Building and Room Usage
- Only the 2nd flooris the guest-exclusive area.
- The 3rd-4th floors are residential areas for share house residents. Please do not enter.
- Please use the guest-exclusive kitchen on the 2nd floor.
- The washing machine is shared, but please coordinate with share house residents for use.

Trash Disposal
Please collect all trash generated during your stay in the designated trash cans on the 2nd floor. Staff will handle sorting.

- Shiogama Shrine: 2-minute walk. Morning visits are recommended.
- Shiogama Market Seafood: Fresh seafood can be purchased around Hon-Shiogama Station.
- Sendai Sightseeing: Approx. 30 minutes by Senseki Line. Convenient for day trips.
- Matsushima: Approx. 20 minutes from Hon-Shiogama Station by sightseeing boat (seasonal operation) or Senseki Line.
