Check-in Method

• Check-in time: 17:00 - 22:00
• The entrance uses a keypad smart lock.We will send you the code via Airbnb message the day before check-in.
• If you have any questions, please contact us via Airbnb message.

Check-out

• Check-out: By 10:00
• No need to return keys (due to smart lock)
• Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor
• Please collect all trash generated during your stay in the indoor trash cans

How to use the building and rooms

• Only the 2nd flooris the guest-exclusive area.
• The 3rd and 4th floors are residential areas for share house residents. Please do not enter them.
• Please use the guest-exclusive kitchen on the 2nd floor.
• The washing machine is shared, but please coordinate with share house residents for use.

Wi-Fi

• Network name and password: We will send them via Airbnb message the day before check-in.

Trash Disposal

Please collect all trash generated during your stay in the designated trash cans on the 2nd floor. Staff will handle sorting.

• Shiogama Shrine: 2-minute walk. Morning visits are recommended.
• Shiogama Market Seafood: Fresh seafood can be purchased around Hon-Shiogama Station.
• Sendai Sightseeing: Approximately 30 minutes by Senseki Line. Convenient for day trips.
• Matsushima: Approximately 20 minutes from Hon-Shiogama Station by sightseeing boat (seasonal operation) or Senseki Line.
