- No pets allowed (all types, including dogs, cats, birds, etc.)
- No BBQ or fireworks (due to residential area)
- No outdoor conversations at night (to prevent noise disturbance to neighbors)
- Please be mindful of noise levels indoors after 10 PM

- Please take any leftover food you brought with you when you leave.
- No condiments or cooking oil provided (please bring your own)
- No pajamas provided (please bring your own)
- One towel per person is provided (no exchange during consecutive stays)
- Individual rooms do not have locks (please manage your valuables yourself)
- As a renovated old folk house, there are steps and steep stairs. Please watch your step.
