Room 101 is a 3DK apartment where you can live with your pet. It features a wall-to-wall catwalk, created in a workshop for cat lovers, which serves as a great play area for your feline friend. The steps are covered with carpet, making them safe and easy for your cat's claws to grip. It can be customized to suit your cat's personality.
The shared plan allows up to 3 people to share the apartment. The private plan allows one person (or household) to use the entire 3DK apartment. Room 101 also comes with its own outdoor storage shed, which is convenient for storing tires or bicycles.
Room 201 on the second floor is a 3DK apartment that serves as both a shared house and a guesthouse. The approximately 8-tatami mat dining kitchen has a bay window leading to the veranda, functioning as a spacious common area. Room 201 also has a 6-tatami mat Japanese-style room for short-term rentals, and travelers sometimes stay there as guests. The access route to the short-term rental room is separate, ensuring privacy.
