Unit 101 is a 3DK where you can live with your pets. It features a wall-to-wall catwalk created in a workshop for cat lovers, which is very popular as a play area for cats. The steps are carpeted to provide good grip and ensure safety. Customization is possible to suit your cat's personality.
The share plan allows up to 3 people to share. The private plan allows one person (or one household) to use the entire 3DK. Unit 101 also comes with an exclusive outdoor storage shed, convenient for storing tires and bicycles.
Unit 201 on the 2nd floor is a 3DK that functions as both a share house and a guesthouse. The approximately 8-tatami mat dining kitchen has a bay window leading to the veranda, serving as a spacious common area. Unit 201 also includes a 6-tatami mat Japanese-style room for vacation rental, where travelers may stay as guests. The access route to the vacation rental room is independent, designed with privacy in mind.
