This share house is a renovated retro two-story apartment building located on a hill overlooking Ishinomaki city, just a 3-minute walk from Hiyoriyama Shrine (Kashima Miko Shrine), a popular spot for Hatsumode (first shrine visit of the New Year) in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. It consists of four units: Rooms 101, 102, 201, and 202, with each 6-tatami-mat Japanese-style room used as a private room. Pets are allowed, and DIY is welcome. The catwalk in Room 101, created by cat lovers, is also popular.

You can choose from four units: Rooms 101, 102, 201, and 202. We offer a "Share Plan" (rent from 30,000 yen/month) for single occupancy of a 6-tatami-mat Japanese-style room in each unit, and a "Private Plan" (2DK 40,000 yen~/3DK 70,000 yen) for renting an entire unit.
