This share house is a renovated retro 2-story apartment located on a hill overlooking Ishinomaki city, just a 3-minute walk from Hiyoriyama Shrine (Kashima Miko Shrine), a popular spot for Hatsumode (first shrine visit of the New Year) in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. It consists of 4 units: Rooms 101, 102, 201, and 202, with the 6-tatami mat Japanese-style room in each unit used as a private room. Pets are allowed and DIY is free. The catwalk (Room 101), created by cat lovers, is also popular.

You can choose from 4 units: Rooms 101, 102, 201, and 202. We offer a "Share Plan" (rent from 30,000 yen/month) for single occupancy of a 6-tatami mat Japanese-style room in each unit, and a "Private Plan" (2DK from 40,000 yen / 3DK from 70,000 yen) for renting an entire unit.
