The share plan allows up to 3 people to share. The private plan allows one person (or one household) to use the entire 3DK. Room 101 also comes with a dedicated outdoor storage shed, convenient for storing tires and bicycles.
Room 201 on the second floor is a 3DK that functions as both a share house and a guesthouse. The approximately 8-tatami mat dining kitchen has a bay window leading to the balcony, serving as a spacious common area. Inside Room 201, there is a 6-tatami mat Japanese-style room for vacation rentals, where travelers may stay as guests. The access route to the vacation rental room is independent, designed with privacy in mind.
