Let's make Roop Okumatsushima, a share house in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture, more fun and comfortable to live in! We're holding a renovation workshop to remodel common areas such as balconies and living rooms.
The spacious balcony on the second floor of "Roopt Okumatsushima" is a shared space in the house where everyone can enjoy fireworks and barbecues in the summer, and stargazing with a warm cup of coffee in the winter.
In this DIY workshop, we'll be making a new bench to install on this balcony. From cutting the wood to assembly, this workshop is perfect for DIY beginners.

Roopt Oku Matsushima
Roopt Okumatsushima is a shared house and guesthouse located in the Okumatsushima area along the Nobiru coast in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture. It features six private rooms averaging 12.25 tatami mats each, and one guesthouse room. The shared house grounds, complete with a garage and balcony, span over 600 square meters. The total floor area is approximately 400 square meters. You can enjoy a spacious and comfortable life in this large house.

Precautions
All necessary materials and tools will be provided by the instructors and staff.
Please bring work gloves or similar protection if you have them, to avoid injuries from wood chips, tools, etc.
The garage is semi-outdoor, and the balcony is outdoors. Please dress warmly.
Free parking is available. However, spaces are limited, so please inquire in advance.
