If you're interested in living in a shared house or a guesthouse, if you're interested in Roopt, if you're interested in utilizing vacant houses, community building, or Makigumi's projects, etc... If you just want to have an interesting conversation, meet interesting people, and do interesting things, we sincerely look forward to your participation.

Participation fee: 1,000 yen (light refreshments will be provided & bringing souvenirs is highly encouraged!) How to participate: Advance registration recommended, on-site participation at the share house Accommodation fee: 3,000 yen (up to 6 people) *Please note that the event may be canceled if there are not enough advance registrations. What kind of things can we talk about?

There's no specific theme, as the event is designed to encourage free interaction among participants. On the contrary, please feel free to send in any requests for topics you'd like to hear about or people you'd like to meet. You're sure to have some interesting encounters on the day of the event.

Incidentally, Makigumi Co., Ltd., which operates the share house, is developing spaces such as share houses and guesthouses that utilize vacant houses, mainly in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, but they also do community-related businesses like this.

How to participate

Join us directly at the shared house!

Please come to the share house and participate while touring the actual property. We will provide a light meal so you can enjoy a natural share house experience. Bringing a souvenir is also welcome!

*To help us determine the number of participants, please register in advance if you know your schedule. *Walk-ins are also welcome. *Please note that the event may be canceled if there are no advance registrations.

*Parking is limited. Please inform us in advance if you will be using the parking lot. *Motorcycle and bicycle parking is available. *Overnight stays are available for 3,000 yen per night (maximum 6 people, reservations required).

[Before you arrive]

Please take your temperature beforehand. If you have a fever that is significantly higher than your normal temperature, or if you are otherwise feeling unwell, please refrain from attending. Please wear a mask when you come to the venue. Our staff will also be wearing masks while assisting you.

[Requests after entering the building]

Temperature checks and hand sanitization will be conducted at the entrance of the share house. For visitor records, please fill out your contact information (name and emergency contact number) and entry/exit times at the reception. If you have a business card, please submit it at the reception. Windows will be opened for ventilation, and the share house may become cold.
