About the Campaign

For the June-only campaign, if you apply to move in during June and sign a contract for 1 year or more, your monthly rent will be 15,000 yen off. The eligible properties are Room A (1st floor 12-tatami Japanese-style room) and Room E (2nd floor 13-tatami Japanese-style room) at Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintomei. Don't miss this opportunity!

Campaign Period

From Wednesday, June 15, 2022, to Monday, June 30, 2022

Campaign Details

The monthly rent will be reduced by 30,000 yen from the move-in month to the move-out month. The total monthly payment will be 40,000 yen, consisting of 30,000 yen for room rent + 10,000 yen for fixed utilities.

Eligibility Requirements

This campaign is for those who meet all of the following criteria: 1) Applied to move in during the campaign period (June). 2) Have a move-in period (contract period) of 1 year or more.

Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintomei, 1st Floor, Room A

12-tatami Japanese-style room, with air conditioning, storage, private washbasin, no key money or security deposit. Rent 45,000 yen ⇒ 30,000 yen, 15,000 yen off!

Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintomei, 2nd Floor, Room E

13-tatami Japanese-style room, with air conditioning, no storage, no key money or security deposit. Rent 45,000 yen ⇒ 30,000 yen, 15,000 yen off!

Notes
