Campaign details

From the month you move in until the month you move out, we will reduce your monthly rent to 30,000 yen. Your monthly payment will be 30,000 yen for the room rent plus 10,000 yen for fixed utilities, totaling 40,000 yen.

Conditions of application

The following conditions must all be met to be eligible: 1) You must apply for tenancy during the campaign period (June). 2) Your tenancy period (contract period) must be one year or longer.
