Daydreaming together in a shared house @Roopt Higashimatsushima Shin-Tomei
Opened in February 2022 in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture, "Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintomei" is a shared house. Located in a residential area close to the sea, it is a two-story, 9LDK house with a site area of over 600㎡ and a total floor area of approximately 400㎡. Private rooms are up to 15 tatami mats in size. In addition, there is an indoor garage that can accommodate 2-3 cars, a balcony that can be used freely, and a 12 tatami mat free room, so both the private rooms and shared spaces are spacious.

It's a place that might be overwhelming to live alone, but it's fun to live with others. We'll be chatting casually about the daydreams that come to mind when living in such a share house, while enjoying the same meal together.

Join us directly at the shared house!
Come visit the share house and participate in a talk event while touring the actual property. To help you enjoy a natural share house experience, let's have a casual meal together and get to know each other.
Address: 1-3-3 Shin-Tomei, Higashimatsushima, Miyagi Prefecture Access: 12-minute walk from Tomei Station on the JR Senseki Line *Parking is limited. Please let us know in advance if you will be using the parking lot. *Those wishing to participate must make a reservation in advance. Bringing your own food and drinks is OK / Free tour of the share house is OK / Meet and disperse at the location

Please take your temperature beforehand. If you have a fever that is significantly higher than your normal temperature, or if you are otherwise feeling unwell, please refrain from attending. Please wear a mask when you come to the venue. Our staff will also be wearing masks while assisting you.
[Requests after entering the building]
Temperature checks and hand sanitization will be conducted at the entrance of the share house. For attendance records, please fill out your contact information (name and emergency contact number) and entry/exit times at the reception. If you have a business card, please submit it at the reception. Windows will be opened for ventilation, so the share house may get cold. Please dress warmly when you come. We ask for your cooperation with "masked dining": please eat silently when enjoying food and drinks (while your mask is off), and wear your mask when talking.
