Daydreaming Together in a Share House @ Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintome

Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintome, a share house born in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture in February 2022. It's a 2-story, 9LDK house with a site area of over 600㎡ and a total floor area of approximately 400㎡, located in a residential area close to the sea. Private rooms are up to 15 tatami mats. In addition, there's an indoor garage for 2-3 cars, a freely usable balcony, and a 12-tatami free room, allowing for spacious use of both private rooms and common areas.

"What's it actually like to have such a spacious house?" "How can we make it even more enjoyable?"

It might be too much to live alone, but it's enjoyable when living with others. We'll have a relaxed daydreaming talk about such a share house while enjoying the same meal together.

How to Participate

Participate directly at the share house!

Please visit the share house and participate in the talk event while touring the actual property. To let you enjoy a natural share house experience, let's gather and chat over a light meal.

Address: 1-3-3 Higashimatsushima Shintome, Miyagi Prefecture Access: 12-minute walk from Tomei Station on the JR Senseki Line *Parking is limited. If you plan to use the parking, please inform us in advance. *If you wish to participate, please make a reservation in advance. Bringing food and drinks is OK / Free viewing inside the share house is OK / Meet and disperse on-site

[Before Your Visit]

Please take your temperature in advance. If you have a fever significantly higher than your normal temperature, or if you are not feeling well, please refrain from visiting. Please wear a mask when you visit. Our staff will also guide you while wearing masks.

[Requests After Entering]

Temperature checks and hand sanitization will be performed at the share house entrance. For attendance records, please provide your contact information (name, emergency contact) and entry/exit times at the reception. If you have a business card, please submit it at the reception. Windows will be open for ventilation, so the share house may be chilly. Please dress warmly when you visit. Please cooperate with "mask dining"; when enjoying food and drinks (while your mask is off), please eat silently, and when enjoying conversation, please wear your mask.
