Daydreaming in a Share House Together @ Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintome

Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintome is a share house that opened in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture in February 2022. Located in a residential area near the sea, it is a two-story, 9LDK house with a site area of over 600㎡ and a total floor area of approximately 400㎡. Individual rooms are up to 15 tatami mats in size. In addition, there is an indoor garage that can accommodate 2-3 cars, a balcony that can be used freely, and a 12-tatami mat free room, allowing for spacious use of not only private rooms but also common areas.

"What's it really like to live in such a large house?" "How can we make it even more enjoyable?"

It's too much to live alone, but it's fun when everyone lives together. We'll casually chat about daydreams that expand in such a share house while enjoying the same meal together.

How to Participate

Participate directly at the share house!

Please visit the share house and participate in the talk event while touring the actual property. To allow you to enjoy a natural share house experience, let's relax and have a meal together.

Address: 1-3-3 Higashimatsushima Shintome, Miyagi Prefecture Access: 12-minute walk from Tomei Station on the JR Senseki Line *Parking is limited. If you plan to use the parking lot, please inform us in advance. *If you wish to participate, please make a reservation in advance. Bringing food and drinks is allowed / Free viewing of the share house is allowed / Meet and disperse at the venue.

Request for Cooperation in Preventing the Spread of New Coronavirus Infection

[Before Your Visit]

Please take your temperature in advance and refrain from visiting if you have a fever significantly higher than your normal temperature or if you are feeling unwell. Please wear a mask when you visit on the day. Our staff will also guide you while wearing masks.

[Requests After Entry]

Temperature checks and hand sanitization will be performed at the share house entrance. For attendance records, you will be asked to provide your contact information (name, emergency contact) and entry/exit times at the reception. If you have a business card, please submit it at the reception. Windows may be open for ventilation, and the share house may become cold. Please dress warmly on the day. Please cooperate with "mask dining"; when enjoying food and drinks (while your mask is off), please eat silently, and when enjoying conversation, please wear a mask.
