
Let's make shared housing more fun and easier to live in! We are looking for people to stay in our shared housing as monitors.
You can enjoy a free 4-night, 5-day stay at "Roopt Okumatsushima". You can explore the Okumatsushima area, or dedicate yourself to remote work. Please spend your time as you wish during your stay.

We are looking for monitor participants for this additional session. *Maximum of 5 people per session, first-come, first-served basis. *Extensions before and after the monitoring period are possible. 4,400 yen per person per night + 200 yen handling fee.
Roopt Oku Matsushima
Roopt Okumatsushima is a shared house and guesthouse located in the Okumatsushima area along the Nobiru coast in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture. It features six private rooms averaging 12.25 tatami mats each, and one guesthouse room. The shared house grounds, complete with a garage and balcony, span over 600 square meters. The total floor area is approximately 400 square meters. You can enjoy a spacious and comfortable life in this large house.

If you apply for a rental agreement (*) within one month of the end of the monitoring period, Roopt management will implement at least one of the share house improvement suggestions/requests you made during the monitoring period!
*This offer applies to rental agreements of one month or longer. Very short-term contracts of one week or less are not eligible.
Precautions
You will have a room in a shared house available. All rooms are air-conditioned and range in size from 12 tatami mats to a maximum of 15 tatami mats. Please note that you cannot choose the type of room.
Depending on the circumstances of renting an apartment, participants may end up sharing a room with other monitors.
Kitchens, showers, and toilets are shared facilities. Please be considerate of others when using them and help with daily cleaning.
Please bring your own bedding that will come into contact with your skin, such as sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. (The futon mattress, comforter, blanket, and pillow will be provided by the organizers.)
Transportation costs to the shared house and living expenses during the stay are the responsibility of the guest.
After the monitoring period ends, please be sure to clean both the private room you used and the common areas before leaving.
