Making share houses more fun and comfortable! We are looking for people to stay in a share house as monitors.

You can stay at "Roopt Okumatsushima" for 4 nights and 5 days for free. You can sightsee in the Okumatsushima area, or devote yourself to remote work. Please spend your stay as you wish.

We are recruiting monitor participants for the additional slots. *Up to 5 people per session, first-come, first-served. *It is possible to extend your stay before and after the monitor period. 4,400 yen per person per night + 200 yen handling fee.

Roopt Okumatsushima

Roopt Okumatsushima is a share house and guesthouse located in the Okumatsushima area along the Nobiru Coast in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture, featuring 6 private rooms averaging 12.25 tatami mats and 1 vacation rental room. The share house property, equipped with a garage and balcony, boasts an impressive area of over 600 square meters. The total floor area is approximately 400 square meters. You can live comfortably in a large detached house.

*Makigumi will bear the cost of materials required for renovation. *The content of the project may change due to preparation circumstances.

If you apply for a rental contract (※) within one month after the monitor period ends, the Roopt management will fulfill at least one of the share house improvements/requests you proposed during the monitor period!

*Applies to rental contracts of one month or longer. Ultra-short-term contracts of one week, etc., are not eligible.

Notes

You can use one room in the share house. All rooms are air-conditioned, 12 to 15 tatami mats. Please note that you cannot choose the room type.

Depending on the rental occupancy status, monitor participants may share a room.

The kitchen, shower, and toilets are shared. Please use them cooperatively and help with daily cleaning.

Please bring your own bedding that touches your skin: sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. (Futons, blankets, and pillows will be provided by the management.)

Transportation costs to the share house and living expenses during the period are your responsibility.

After the monitor period ends, please be sure to clean the private room and common areas you used when checking out.
