We have completely redesigned the official website for our short-term rental and shared housing service, "Roopt".

We have completely revamped the official website for "Roopt," a booking site for vacation rentals and shared housing. The design and functionality have been completely redesigned.

Breaking down the boundaries between travel and daily life.

What Roopt values most is the feeling of "spending time" rather than simply "staying."

It's not a one-night trip, nor is it a move that lasts for several months. But it's certainly a place to breathe the air of the place and feel the rhythm of life—Roopt is a place that fosters this kind of "relationship population."

With this renewal, you can now intuitively search for both "daily accommodations" and "monthly shared house rentals" with plenty of photos. We offer a whole-house rental style, where you can rent out an entire building, including old houses, mansions, and newly built properties, allowing you to deeply experience the local atmosphere at your own pace.

Vacation rentals and hotels: Operating in 4 areas nationwide.

Roopt's vacation rentals and hotels are currently available in four areas across Japan.

Miyagi Prefecture (Sendai, Ishinomaki, Shiogama)

We offer a variety of unique properties, including "Sendai Yakushido," a 106㎡ traditional Japanese house with a sunken hearth; "Ishinomaki Izumicho," adjacent to a deli cafe; and "Shiogama Kaigandori," just a 1-minute walk from JR Hon-Shiogama Station.

Nagano Prefecture (Matsumoto)

Matsumoto Chuo is a renovated traditional Japanese house that is over 60 years old. Located in a back alley of the castle town, it offers a stay where you can experience the everyday life of the city with all your senses.

Tokyo (Kagurazaka)

Located a 3-minute walk from Kagurazaka Station, this private space blends vintage and modern Japanese aesthetics.

Kanagawa Prefecture (Hayama)

We offer a wide selection of properties that allow you to enjoy the unique scenery of Hayama, such as "Hayama Isshiki," where you can see the sea from the veranda, and the newly built "Hayama Morito," where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji and the sea from the rooftop.

Share houses: Also suitable for those considering relocating as a "trial stay".

For those who say, "I'd like to move to the countryside someday, but I'm hesitant to do so all at once," we also offer long-term stay accommodations that can be rented on a monthly basis.

The new website makes it easy to see room availability and detailed conditions at a glance.

We operate primarily in Miyagi and Kanagawa prefectures, making us an ideal option for those considering relocating for a trial period.

An empty house is a place where someone's new story begins.

An empty house is a place someone has given up, but at the same time, it is also a place where someone's new story begins.

As you plan your trip, imagine what kind of experience you'll have next weekend or next season, in which property you'll stay. Whether you want to immerse yourself in local life in a traditional Japanese house or enjoy private time in a seaside villa, Roopt can help you find it.

We appreciate your continued support of Roopt.
