- Completely non-smoking indoors(Including e-cigarettes. Penalty for violation: 30,000-50,000 yen for deodorization and cleaning fees)
- No pets allowed (all types, including dogs, cats, birds)
- No BBQ or fireworks (due to residential neighborhood)
- Please keep noise down after 10 PM

- No seasonings or cooking oil provided (please bring your own)
- No pajamas provided (please bring your own)
- Towels provided for the number of guests (no exchange during consecutive stays)
- Please take all leftover food items with you
- Please clean used dishes and equipment and return them to their original places
- No locks on individual rooms (please manage your valuables)
- No entry beyond the linen room or areas marked 'No Entry'
