Catering
This is a catering service provided by "GOOD STOCK," a deli and restaurant located in Hayama Isshiki. Chef Hidetoshi Murakami spent 18 years at DEAN & DELUCA, where he served as head chef, before opening his own restaurant. They will deliver colorful deli plates, featuring plenty of seasonal vegetables from Shonan, right to your property.

Tent sauna
You can rent a complete Finnish-made tent sauna set at Hayama Isshiki Beach (in front of Isshiki BOAT). Our staff will assist with setup and dismantling, so you can use it as soon as you arrive. Relax and unwind at your own pace with the ocean right in front of you. Since it's a private group rental, you can enjoy your time without worrying about others.
Setup and dismantling are all handled by our staff. Towels, ponchos, sauna hats, and drinks are also provided. You can come empty-handed.

Notes and Cancellation Policy
- Depending on weather conditions such as strong winds (wind speed of 5m/s or more) or heavy rain, we will inform you whether the event will be held or not by 5pm the day before.
- Those who are feeling unwell, pregnant, or have consumed alcohol are not permitted to use our services.
- The sauna stove gets very hot, so please be careful not to get burned. You are responsible for any injuries that occur during use.
- Please be responsible for your own belongings. We cannot compensate for theft, loss, or damage.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.
