Regarding the Toilet (Important)

• The toilet is acesspit type.
• At least once a month, pumping by a specialized contractor is required.
• The pumping fee and arrangement of the contractor are thetenant's responsibility.
• Please use a contractor authorized by Ishinomaki City (details will be provided upon move-in).

Internet

• There is no internet connection equipment in the building.
• Tenants are responsible for arranging their own contract and installation.

Garbage Disposal

• Please follow Ishinomaki City's rules for garbage separation.
• The location of the garbage disposal area will be provided upon move-in.
• For bulky waste, please consult the management company in advance.

Garden & Parking

• The garden and one parking space are available for exclusive use.
• Tenants are responsible for garden maintenance (e.g., weeding).

Prohibited Activities

• Smoking (entire building is non-smoking)
• Bringing pets without permission
• Subleasing the room or allowing third parties to use it
