Regarding the Toilet (Important)

• The toilet is apit latrine.
• At least once a month, pumping by a specialized contractor is required.
• The pumping fee and arrangement of the contractor are thetenant's responsibility.
• Please use a contractor authorized by Ishinomaki City (details will be provided upon move-in).

Internet

• The building does not have internet line facilities.
• Tenants are responsible for their own contract and installation of the line.

Garbage Disposal

• Please follow Ishinomaki City's rules for sorting garbage.
• The location of the garbage disposal area will be provided upon move-in.
• For bulky waste, please consult the management company in advance.

Garden / Parking

• The garden and parking space (for 1 car) are for your exclusive use.
• Tenants are responsible for garden maintenance (e.g., weeding).

Prohibited Actions

• Smoking (entire building is non-smoking)
• Unauthorized bringing of pets
• Subleasing rooms or allowing third parties to use them
