Costs and conditions
Initial cost
- No security deposit or key money required. The first month's payment is only rent plus common area maintenance fees.
- If you bring a pet, an additional ¥30,000 (cleaning fee upon departure) will be charged.
Monthly fee
- Rent: 30,000-35,000 yen + Common area maintenance fee: 15,000 yen (including utilities)
- Parking fee: +5,000 yen per vehicle (limited number of spaces available)
Payment Methods and Contracts
- Credit card payment (automatic monthly payment)
- Contracts can be made for any period (fixed-term lease).
- There is a system in place where residents take turns doing chores such as taking out the trash and cleaning.
