Rooms 1-4 face north (rent 30,000 yen), and rooms 5-7 face south (rent 35,000 yen). All rooms are 6 tatami mats in size, with a closet of approximately 1 tatami mat, air conditioning, wired LAN port, TV terminal, and bed frame (with mattress).
The apartment is equipped with a kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, a bathroom with a shower booth, two toilets (separate bath and toilet), two washing machines, a coin-operated dryer, a large refrigerator, and Wi-Fi (wired LAN connection recommended).
Located on the second floor of "COMICHI Ishinomaki," a complex with restaurants run by young shop owners on the first floor. Ishinomori Manga Museum and Ishinomaki Genki Ichiba are also nearby. A 12-minute walk from JR Ishinomaki Station. Sendai is about an hour away by the Senseki-Tohoku Line.
