[Open to Everyone] Share House Open Day at various Roopt properties from 3/11 (Sat) to 3/26 (Sun)!

To help people feel more familiar with Roopt's share houses and to allow those considering a move to easily visit, we have been holding a "Share House Open Day" open to everyone since February. In March, to make the event even more "open," we will be holding it over three weeks at Roopt Okumatsushima, Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-, and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori!

At the Share House Open Day in February,

people who were considering moving in the near future and came to see the properties at this easy-to-visit opportunity

and people who wanted to invite friends to the town and were looking for properties they could recommend to them

came to visit. This is an opportunity to respond to requests from people with all sorts of reasons who "want to see inside a share house!"

The March Open Day will be held twice at each of Roopt Okumatsushima, Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-, and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori. Each property has its own unique characteristics, so participation on multiple dates is highly encouraged. This event requires no prior application and is free of charge.

Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori

Notes

At Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI- and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori, the first floor houses tenants such as restaurants, and the second floor is the share house. A flyer for the Share House Open Day will be posted at the entrance, so please look for the flyer as a guide.

Roopt Okumatsushima has limited parking spaces. If you are coming with multiple people, please consider carpooling or using public transportation.

There are actual residents living in the share houses. Please cooperate with viewing and talking within a range that does not cause inconvenience.
