[Open to everyone] Share house open days will be held at all Roopt properties from March 11th (Sat) to March 26th (Sun)!

To make Roopt's share houses feel more accessible and to allow people considering moving to easily come and take a look, we've been holding "Share House Open Days" since February, where anyone can come and visit. In March, to make the event even more "open," we'll be holding it over three weeks at Roopt Okumatsushima, Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-, and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori!

At the share house open day in February,

I'm considering moving in the near future, so I came to take a look while I had the chance.

I wanted to invite a friend to the city, so I was looking for a property I could recommend to them.

People like that came to visit. In this way, it's an opportunity to fulfill requests from people who want to "see what the inside of a share house is like!" for all sorts of reasons.

Our March Open Days will be held twice each at Roopt Okumatsushima, Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-, and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori. Each property has its own unique features, so we welcome you to attend multiple dates. No registration is required, and participation is free.

Precautions

Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo -COMICHI- and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori have restaurants and other tenants on the first floor and a shared house on the second floor. A flyer for the shared house open day will be posted at the entrance, so please look for the flyer when you come.

Roopt Okumatsushima has limited parking space. If you are traveling with multiple people, please consider carpooling or using public transportation.

There are people actually living in the share house. Please cooperate with viewings and conversations to the extent that it does not cause any inconvenience to them.
