[Anyone Welcome] Share House Open Day at various Roopt properties from 3/11 (Sat) to 3/26 (Sun)!

To make Roopt's share houses feel more accessible and to allow those considering a move to easily visit, we have been holding "Share House Open Days" open to everyone since February. In March, to make the event even more "open," we will be holding it over three weeks at Roopt Okumatsushima, Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-, and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori!

At the Share House Open Day in February,

People who were considering moving in the near future and took this opportunity to easily view a property.

People who wanted to invite friends to the city and were looking for properties they could recommend to them.

Such people came. This is an opportunity to respond to requests from people who, for various reasons, "want to see inside a share house!"

The March Open Days will be held twice at Roopt Okumatsushima, Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-, and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori, respectively. Each property has its own unique characteristics, so participation in multiple dates is highly encouraged. This event requires no prior application and is free to attend.

Those considering moving this spring, or looking for a new place to live.

Those interested in share house living.

Those who want to review their current rent, utility costs, etc.

Those interested in Roopt's initiatives.

Those who live nearby and have been wanting to see the inside of a share house.

Roopt Okumatsushima

Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori

■Date & Time March 18 (Sat) 14:00-16:00 March 26 (Sun) 14:00-16:00

Notes

At Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI- and Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori, the first floor houses tenants such as restaurants, and the second floor is the share house. A flyer for the Share House Open Day will be posted at the entrance, so please look for the flyer as a guide.

Roopt Okumatsushima has limited parking spaces. If you are coming with multiple people, please consider carpooling or using public transportation.

There are actual residents living in the share houses. Please cooperate with viewings and conversations within a reasonable range so as not to cause inconvenience.
