To help you feel closer to Roopt's share houses and to allow those considering a move to visit easily, we are holding an open day where no reservation is required! The open house on Sunday, February 12th, will be at "Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-" in central Ishinomaki City.

■Date & Time: 2/12 (Sun) 14:00-16:00 ■Location: Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI- (COMICHI Ishinomaki 2nd Floor, 202, 2-7-14 Chuo, Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture) *12-minute walk from Ishinomaki Station, a 3-story building south of Kankeimaru Honten ■How to participate: No reservation required, free entry ■Contents: Moving consultations in the living room, room viewings, etc.

Share House Information

Born in 2015, "COMICHI Ishinomaki" is a complex facility with restaurants run by young chefs on the first floor and a share house on the second floor. It offers excellent access to restaurants, the station, and tourist spots in the city, making it a perfect place for those who prefer city living.

Inside the share house, there is a spacious living room with the warmth of wood, well-maintained water facilities, and 7 private rooms that ensure personal space. It's a share house where you can spend your time as you like, whether enjoying conversations with other residents or concentrating on work alone.

This open day is an event where anyone can visit "Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-".

Share house rent starts from 45,000 yen/month, including utilities. We are actively looking for new residents.

Notes

There is no parking for visitors. If you come by car, please use nearby coin parking lots.

The share house entrance is on the 2nd floor of the building. Please go up to the 2nd floor by stairs or elevator.

There are already residents in the share house. Please cooperate with viewings and conversations within a reasonable scope so as not to disturb them.

Participation Application

You can participate in this event without prior reservation.

You can visit freely between 14:00 and 16:00 on Sunday, February 12th.

A staff member will be waiting in the share house living room, so please open the entrance and call out to them.
