[Open to everyone] Share house open day on February 12th (Sun)!

To help you feel closer to Roopt's share houses and to allow people considering moving to easily come and take a look, we are holding an open day where you can view the houses without a reservation! The open day will be held on Sunday, February 12th at "Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo -COMICHI-" in the center of Ishinomaki City.

■Date & Time: Sunday, February 12th, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM ■Location: Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo -COMICHI- (202, 2nd Floor, COMICHI Ishinomaki, 2-7-14 Chuo, Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture) *12-minute walk from Ishinomaki Station, a 3-story building south of Kankeimaru Main Store ■How to Participate: No reservation required, free admission ■Contents: Moving consultation in the living room, room viewing, etc.

Share house information

Opened in 2015, "COMICHI Ishinomaki" is a complex facility with a restaurant on the first floor where young chefs showcase their skills, and a shared house on the second floor. With excellent access to restaurants, the train station, and tourist attractions in the city, it's the perfect place for those who enjoy city living.

The share house features a spacious living room with a warm, woody feel, clean bathrooms and kitchens, and seven private rooms to ensure your privacy. It's a share house where you can enjoy chatting with other residents or concentrate on work alone, allowing you to spend your time however you like.

This open day is an event where anyone can visit and see "Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo -COMICHI-".

Share house rent starts from 45,000 yen/month, including utilities. We are actively seeking new residents.

Precautions

There is no parking available for visitors. If you are coming by car, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.

The entrance to the share house is on the second floor of the building. Please go up to the second floor using the stairs or elevator.

The share house already has residents. Please cooperate by viewing the property and talking to them in a way that does not disturb them.

Registration

No prior reservation is required to participate in this event.

You can visit the museum for free between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 12th.

A staff member will be waiting in the shared house living room, so please open the front door and let them know.
