[Everyone Welcome] Share House Open Day on 2/12 (Sun)!

To help you feel more familiar with Roopt's share houses and to allow those considering moving to easily visit, we are holding an open day where no reservation is required! The open venue on Sunday, February 12th, will be "Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-" in Ishinomaki City.

Share House Information

"COMICHI Ishinomaki," established in 2015, is a complex facility with restaurants on the first floor where young chefs showcase their skills, and a share house on the second floor. It offers excellent access to restaurants, the station, and tourist attractions in the city, making it an ideal place for those who prefer city living.

Inside the share house, there is a spacious living room with a warm wooden feel, well-maintained wet areas, and a total of 7 private rooms that ensure personal space. It's a share house where you can enjoy your time as you like, whether it's having fun conversations with other residents or concentrating on work alone.

This open day is an event where anyone can visit such a "Roopt Ishinomaki Chuo-COMICHI-".

Share house rent, including utilities, starts from 45,000 yen/month. We are actively recruiting new residents.

Notes

There is no parking for visitors. If you come by car, please use nearby coin parking lots.

The share house entrance is on the 2nd floor of the building. Please go up to the 2nd floor by stairs or elevator.

There are already residents in the share house. Please cooperate with viewings and conversations within a reasonable range so as not to disturb them.

Participation Application

This event can be attended without prior reservation.

You can visit with free entry between 14:00 and 16:00 on 2/12 (Sun).

A staff member will be waiting in the share house living room, so please open the door and call out to them.
