Roopt Okuhayama Kikoba, a traditional Japanese house nestled in Kikoba, a lush green area deep in Hayama, has opened.

This 5LDK whole-house rental property was DIYed by a total of 150 people through crowdfunding and other initiatives. The space, which was renovated while imagining the life of the former owner, has a unique atmosphere with old fittings still remaining. Since it faces south, warm light streams into every private room.

With enough space to accommodate up to 10 people (consultation required), it's perfect for groups and families. It's conveniently located about a 1-minute walk from the bus stop and a 10-minute drive from the highway exit. There are also 6 free parking spaces available.

Within walking distance, you'll find local shops such as "Hayama Kaze no Sugata" (5-minute walk), which serves delicious soba and tempura, and the coffee shop "Kikoba Coffee" (9-minute walk).
