"Roopt Okuhayama Kikoba," a traditional Japanese house nestled in Kikoba, a lush green area deep in Hayama, has opened.

This is a 5LDK whole-house rental property that was DIYed by a total of 150 people through crowdfunding and other efforts. The space, which was renovated while imagining the life of the former owner, has a unique atmosphere with old fittings remaining. Since it faces south, warm light streams into every private room.

With enough space to accommodate up to 10 people (consultation required), it's perfect for groups and families. It's conveniently located about a 1-minute walk from the bus stop and a 10-minute drive from the expressway exit. There are also 6 free parking spaces available.
