"Roopt Okuhayama Kikoba," a traditional Japanese house nestled in Kikoba, a lush green area deep in Hayama, has opened.

This 5LDK whole-house rental property was renovated through crowdfunding and DIY efforts by a total of 150 participants. The space, which was restored while imagining the life of the former owner, retains a unique atmosphere with its old fixtures. As it faces south, warm light streams into every private room.

With enough space to accommodate up to 10 people (consultation required), it's perfect for groups and families. It boasts a convenient location, just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop and about a 10-minute drive from the highway exit. Six free parking spaces are also available.

Within walking distance, you'll find local shops such as "Hayama Kaze no Sugata" (5-minute walk), known for its delicious soba and tempura, and the coffee shop "Kikoba Coffee" (9-minute walk).
