Roopt, which operates share houses in Miyagi Prefecture, will be holding "casual" exchange events utilizing share houses!
The second event will be an exchange gathering titled "A Relaxing Night to Reflect on Yourself" at the spacious share house Roopt Okumatsushima in Higashimatsushima City.
For the Okumatsushima events, for a while starting this time, we will be collaborating with Koichi Akanuma, who has been active as a regional cooperation隊 (community development cooperator) in Higashimatsushima City since April this year.
He said, "I want to create a place where people can calmly face their inner selves without rushing through life, and support each other's futures." So, this time he's bringing 'Color Value Cards,' which allow you to easily glimpse your own values, so let's try them out while eating and drinking.
Yocchan Uranai, the fortune-telling sister from Ishinomaki, will also be doing tarot readings, so if you're interested in fortune-telling, please join us.
Also, for those who are interested in share houses but haven't had the chance to see one, or feel that visiting for a viewing is still too high a hurdle, this is a great opportunity to peek inside a share house!

–Eligible Property– ・Roopt Okumatsushima: Up to 15 people *We will arrange rooms to be shared by gender as much as possible.
–Facilities, Amenities, etc.– ・Items available in the share house: Complete bedding set, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, cooking utensils ・Items to bring: Toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, towel, etc.
–Others– ・At checkout, please vacuum the room you used and send photos of the cleaned room to the person in charge. ・If you wish to extend your stay beyond the day after the event, accommodation is available for 2,000 yen/day.

・Parking is available in front of the share house, but space is limited, so please carpool if possible. ・Bringing your own alcohol, snacks, etc., is highly welcome.

Born in Suwa-gun, Nagano Prefecture. After living in Tokyo for 10 years, moved to Miyagi Prefecture, which he loved, for work. Spent 2 years learning customer service at a hotel in Matsushima, and in April this year, was appointed as a Higashimatsushima City Regional Revitalization Cooperator. Interested in creating community spaces and satoyama-style living. Loves guesthouses and saunas.

A resident and fortune-telling sister at Michikusa Kobo, Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture's "adult secret base." Loves listening to stories about life and romance. Her main job is sales administration for a building materials company.
Takashi Sumida: Roopt Staff → Cooking & Facilitation 담당 (in charge)
33 years old, from Ehime Prefecture, residing in Ishinomaki. At Roopt, he is in charge of share house marketing and operations. Has a long career as an editor and is highly regarded for his listening and expressive skills. Dislikes staying in the same place for too long and makes sure to leave Miyagi Prefecture at least once a month. Astrologically, he is said to have a strong "dad" vibe and is a reassuring presence just by being there, but he takes it with a grain of salt.
