Roopt, which operates shared housing in Miyagi Prefecture, will be holding casual social events utilizing their shared housing!
For the second event, we will be holding a get-together titled "A Relaxing Night of Self-Reflection" at Roopt Okumatsushima, a spacious share house in Higashimatsushima City.
For the Okumatsushima episodes, we will be collaborating with Koichi Akanuma, who has been working as a community development volunteer in Higashimatsushima City since April of this year, to hold events for a while.
"I want to create a space where we can take our time to reflect on our inner selves and support each other's futures," says the presenter, who has brought "Color Value Cards," which are cards that allow you to easily explore your own values. Let's try them out while we eat and drink.
"Yocchan Fortune Telling," a fortune teller from Ishinomaki, will also be doing tarot readings, so if you're interested in fortune telling, please come and join us!
Furthermore, this is a great opportunity for those who are interested in share houses but haven't had the chance to visit one, or who feel that going for a viewing is still too daunting!

▼ About trial stays
–Target Property– ・ Roopt Okumatsushima: Up to 15 people *Room assignments will be made to ensure that men and women share rooms as much as possible.
–Facilities and Equipment– • Items provided in the share house: Bedding set, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, cooking utensils • Items to bring: Toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, towels, etc.
–Other– ・Please vacuum the room you used upon checkout and send a photo of the cleaned room to the staff. ・If you wish to stay for multiple nights after the event, you can do so for 2,000 yen per day.

• Parking is available in front of the share house, but spaces are limited, so please carpool if possible. • Bringing your own alcohol and snacks is welcome.

Originally from Suwa District, Nagano Prefecture. After living in Tokyo for 10 years, I moved to Miyagi Prefecture, which I loved, for work. For two years, I learned customer service at a hotel in Matsushima, and this April I started working as a member of the Higashimatsushima City Regional Revitalization Cooperation Team. My interests include creating community spaces and living in a rural setting. My favorite things are guesthouses and saunas.

A resident of Michikusa Kobo, an "adults' secret hideout" in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, and also a fortune teller. She loves listening to people talk about life and love. Her main job is sales administration at a building materials company.
Takashi Sumida: Roopt staff → Cooking & event management
A 33-year-old from Ehime Prefecture, currently residing in Ishinomaki. At Roopt, he is in charge of attracting tenants and managing share houses. He has a long career as an editor and is highly regarded for his listening and expressive abilities. He dislikes staying in the same place for long periods and makes sure to leave Miyagi Prefecture at least once a month. According to astrology, he has a strong "dad" vibe and is said to be a comforting presence, but he takes that with a grain of salt.
